Horrible experience. I was told ... in order to keep the domain that I would have to pay until a certain month. I completed the payments and then was told they do not release domains. Basically, I was sold a bag of goods to keep my subscription going. No refunds! Extremely disappointed. Note to self... get everything in writing. Employees don't always tell the truth. So sad you cannot trust the word of customer service reps. A JOKE!!!
