Support for this company is a joke, would recommend getting something else from someone else. Reasoning is the on the phone support is not real helpful, call and ask a simple exact question you probly won't get what ya need, and getting someone on the phone is not easy aswell. The wait time to get a teck is min 4 weeks as well with 150 an he for tech drive to location, better service else where

This place is a joke, I recommend that you use another company for Barfeeders. The applications department have no knowledge whatsoever. I'm a technician and they never know how to fix or program anything. If they do they have to ask LBS in Switzerland to fix problems. They rush machines out the door and make quality skip the machine so the company can meet their quota and make more money. They have no leadership whatsoever and no good management. One of the bosses their has a wife, brother, and other workers he has worked with in the past before starting at LNS and they have no knowledge of what to do. This place is the true meaning of favoritism and there's no room for advancement. Safety is their least concern, water leaks from the ceilings into very expensive machines... mind you, these machines are 208 volts and thousands of dollars. If you are looking for a job or if you are a customer looking to buy a barfeeders. Do not purchase one from this company. They are not worth it and you will lose money by the machine breaking down and they'll send a unqualified technician to replace every single part on the machine until it's fixed. This is just my opinion. If you don't believe, go see for yourself.
