We went over my wish list and Leandross helped me figure out how to get the best bang for my buck. He had insightful ideas about how to do things more cheaply or how to combine things to get efficiency in my spending. We chose LJH for a house renovation which started on the smaller side and snowballed into a big project with so many add-ons. Leandross was great at hearing us out, explaining stuff in a non-technical language that we could understand and responding to our concerns very satisfactorily. They have done a great job at our house and he was always available for help here and there. I'd definitely trust them with any other projects we may have and will wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
The only issue we had with LJH was timing. They were late in delivery for the first phase of the project, which I hope was a one-off for this company.
LJH was very knowledgeable and helped us plan both a complete repaint and an extension to our deck. The work was high quality and completed on time, with very reasonable cost.
I have hired Leandross and LJH on several occasions over the last 8 years. They've built 4 restaurants for me, and they are my company of choice for these complicated projects.
Like house renos, but twice as detailed, restaurant build outs demand an attention to detail that is beyond the ability of a lot of folk...Leandross is gifted at thinking of everything, forgetting nothing, and making sure that it all gets done in sequence. Leandross and his team are true professionals. We did a bathroom and laundry reno and are thrilled. They all took great care (including COVID), worked with good trades, made fab suggestions (found storage space for us, and other improvements), and are really nice people.
We met Leandross at the end of Summer with the goal to renovate a new apartment. We set out the goal to complete the project by the end of the year and the team managed that with no issues. Working with Leandross and his team was incredibly easy and streamlined. We provided the concept and inspiration as to how we wanted the apartment to look and he delivered. Throughout the project his team would often provide us numerous options and recommendations for appliances, hardware, flooring etc. in order to deliver us quality materials while staying within our budget. The team is also incredibly flexible as they were able to take on changes in our design as well as extra installation work we had not planned originally, again speaks to their ability to forecast realistic lead times and completion date. On top of all of this, a majority of the project management from our end was done remotely, so I am grateful to work with such a trustworthy team to help us make decisions on the spot if we couldn't provide an immediate answer on urgent matters during the install. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Leandross and his team and I would 1000% work with him again when the next opportunity arises.
