Do not rent from these people! It takes them DAYS to fix anything! And only after you've nagged them 4 to 5 times!!

Not sure why the reviews are so bad on this place. We ve dealt with several employees and have had no issues. Everyone was very professional and friendly including maintenance. Yes, it s hard to get them on the phone, but if someone is in the office they give them their full attention and will let the answering machine catch the call. CALL BACK LATER. Amanda is so sweet and goes above and beyond her job responsibilities. We re new to the area and she has been very helpful with pointing us in the right direction on many occasions... from utilities, to shopping, to finding a place to take pictures at a pumpkin patch! Lol We have had maybe one issue with the property and the Maintenance man was there the same day we placed the call and the issue was resolved. We have been her a few months now and still no issues or change in service.

All these reviews are really true. The maintenance they try to do is terrible. They take forever to try n fix anything. Me and my roomates were sitting in a house full of mold and constant bugs. We didnt know about anything until we actually got into the house. Had a water leak the 1st day and the a.c. didnt work for 2 months. Asked for a inspection on the house because we were all getting sick and they refused. They just ignored everything and that's terrible. They just care about money. They are just a terrible company. Would highly recommend turning right back around if you ever walk into their place. Dont get stuck in a contract with these guys.

The ac and heater dont work i leave the office msg after msg....i dont hear from them for 3 or 4 days ...they send someone to fix it n the nxt day its acting up again...

The house I viewed was filthy, and there was very apparent water damage along with the distinct odor of mildew. Mold was most likely present as well, though I can't guarantee that. I asked if they would clean the carpets and such and was told it's being rented as is. Thing is, GA has some of the best renter's protection laws in the country so I told the receptionist that it was gross and not okay by any stretch of the imagination, just to be informed "the 8 other applications I have say it is." Really?

Know your rights if you're renting from these scum, take them to court and force them to either do the right thing or close their doors.

To those of you already in a bad spot because of them, tell your friends and coworkers, leave every review available. I work for a veterans housing assistance program and you can bet I'm spreading the word.

Being a slum lord is NOT a Christian way to live.

They are slum lords and will be quick to evict you and if you have housing they won't let you move due to their slumness but will make sure you won't have your voucher anymore
