I have seen Livingston provide excellent quality of care for patients and families. As a long standing, non-profit member (70+ years) of our community, they really are a home health and hospice agency that are working for patients not for profits.

My grandmother received amazing, professional care from Livingston in her final weeks before she passed. Very caring and helpful. Highly recommend Livingston Hospice services.

I m very very upset at the way this medical establishment runs their scheduling. I get call from the nurses in the afternoon to let me know they want to come see me. With very short notice.... I think its very disrespectful. I called the office to speak to the supervisor. I just explain my frustrations. Kathy the supervisor she explained to me that the nurses have other patients they have to see as well. Yes I know that, and understand that I was a CNA I know how it is to coordinate with patients schedules. The point I wanted to make to Kathy is the I would appreciate if the nurses that s going to come visit calls me at an appropriate time to coordinate with my schedule. Kathy tell me that since I m home bond I should not be running around..., once again the level of respect.... I couldn t believe the way she attacking me, just because I m not catering to her system. No! I m obviously not running around, I m in a wheelchair... I have friends and family trying to visit and I have a life... with daily tasks. I don t want to be interrupted by anyone. I wish she would have just keep it simple and said, yes I will make sure that if you are on the schedule we call you in the morning. Thank you.

A hospice that is actually run by medical professionals instead of administrators. Very sensitive to the patient's and the family's needs during such a difficult time. Thank you Livingston!
