Horrible CS -I ordered a shampoo with a valid coupon code. The code would not process for a discount of 15%. That same night I emailed their CS and their response was "sorry we can not process a discount after the fact." Disgusting, I will not continue to order from them again.
in addition, I tried the CS tel # and go figure the mailboxes are filled. Disgraceful.

This company is organized crime at best!! Thieves who debit your credit card and NEVER send product !!! Customer service is ZERO !! No phone number to a customer service rep so that IS your first clue that they do indeed intend to fraud you!! Pathetic and should be closed down!!

Just placed my first order and as soon as I hit the submit order button I realized I had made a mistake on the product. Called Customer service and was told I can not change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. And the customer care person didn't care about my problem. It doesn't matter how great the products are if they don't care about the customer.

I love theLiving Proof frizz line,it does what they claim it will do.
