Horrible CS -I ordered a shampoo with a valid coup...

Horrible CS -I ordered a shampoo with a valid coupon code. The code would not process for a discount of 15%. That same night I emailed their CS and their response was "sorry we can not process a discount after the fact." Disgusting, I will not continue to order from them again.
in addition, I tried the CS tel # and go figure the mailboxes are filled. Disgraceful.
