Had a great experience with company and staff! Took my 2016 SHO in for the T-460 package and was very satisfied with the car when I picked it up. I started my process with the company early December 2020 and had to wait for exhaust system (very backlogged) however I had a very tight schedule once the parts all arrived and they had no issues helping me out. Took the car in on Monday and it was done Tuesday evening. Highly recommend!
I drive a 2015 Cadillac XTS V-Sport and first heard about getting my car tuned from another V-Sport owner. I was very skeptical of the claims of performance gains without any "bolt-on" upgrades. I read a lot of reviews and decided to take a chance. Let me state I did not put my car on a dyno before or after but have put over 90k miles on my car and I am very familiar with my cars acceleration and performance prior to the tune. Before installing the MyCalibrator tuner myself and a friend took the car out to do a few runs from dead stop and interstate cruising speed of 70 mph to get a baseline "feel". Then we repeated the process after the install. It is important to note the first couple of runs were underwhelming and a disappointment but then I remember reading that the computer has to "learn" the new parameters so we kept at it and the performance kept improving with each run.
After two weeks of running on the new tune I am very impressed with the results. The acceleration and performance of my XTS V-Sport has increased dramatically. From a dead stop and interstate speeds the acceleration puts you back in the seat. I would never have thought a full sized sedan could be this quick with just a tune. Yes $666 is a lot of money but the gains are worth the purchase.
The tuner did everything it claimed from HP & torque gains, transmission shifts, throttle response etc.
So if you are thinking about buying the MyCalibrator tuner... do it! You will be glad you did. My only concern at this time is how soon before I will need new tires LOL!

After I had just got my new tune sent to me for my Ford Focus RS. I had messed something up during the tuning process and my car would not turn on. I called Livernois Motorsports right away and they said one of the tuners will contact me shortly. The tuner Anthony called me back not even two minutes later on his lunch break and walked me through the process. This was much needed as I needed to go to work so thank you Anthony and thanks you Livernois Motorsports for the great customer service!
I'm happy with the service I've received from Livernois. They were recommended by many members of the SS Forums community. They got my order shipped out the same day even though it was a late afternoon order. They were quick to respond when I inquired about not receiving my tune file within three days and sent it to me 10-15 min later. Car feels so much better now with their tune, better throttle response and transmission feel just as advertised. I will definitely be coming back as I continue my upgrades.
They are top notch very knowledgeable and experts in there field, they treated my vehicle with care and totally transformed it the work they did was amazing it doesn't even feel like the same vehicle, I will definitely be back for more upgrades, they can do it all from tuning to complete engine builds , the staff was very accommodating they had my vehicle done on time and exceded my expectations so if your looking to take your vehicle to a whole new level definently go see them you wont be disappointed.

I have owned a few Livernois packages over the years. Back in the day 2012 I had a Livernois tune on my F150 it was a beast. I currently have a S1025 Trackhawk with 17k miles on the package with zero issues. Andy has been a pleasure to work with
Went in to get a tune for my 2015 Fiesta ST. They were super helpful!! The tuner made sure that everything worked out good and that compatibility worked fine. Even helped me install the tune and create a backup before I even left!! Would recommend taking your vehicle here anyday!!
