My father was admitted in the hospital amids the covid time. The staff there is so rude, the doctor mentally harras the patient to leave the hospital, the attendent don't get any information about the patient, neither any calls from the doctor about the same. I have been to my fair share of hospitals but I have never experienced this kind negligence and rudeness anywhere. I would never admit anyone there and would advice anyone who asks the same.
Awesome and amazing!
Both visits for vaccination: completed within 30 minutes.
Staff: Polite, welcoming and efficient (Deserve a special mention)
Site: Clean and hygienic
Extremely costly hospital ! Highly inefficient administration. No staff available to even shift your patient. Culture of hospital is just to extract money from patient, You have to pull trolley of your patient even after paying Rs 1800 for single consultation and Rs 50,000 for investigations, which has very low value for money.
Best hospital for spine surgery Comprehensive multi-speciality hospital with major work in spinal injuries. They do have other specialties to physical therapy is international level
This is one of the best hospital I have been in serious health issues. It is being very managed extremely well by Top Brass Management, Extremely Professional & Well Experienced Doctors, Dedicated Nursing Staff As Well As Ground Staff. Every body is very courteous and cooperative in handling all types of services. Covid-19 patients are being served with all types of precautions which seem immaculate. They are second after God. There is sufficient space for parking.
Came here for father's slip disc related consultation. Hospital is way too expensive, but there's absolutely no coordination among the billing folks, appointment team and the "ward boy" standing at doctor's door.
We have already waited for about 4 hours by now and are still waiting. At the billing counter they don't have any knowledge of what's the load on a doctor, they're just there to collect money. On top of it the staff, especially the ward boys, was rude to talk to.
Please come here if you have full day to spare for 5 mins consultation or there's no other better hospital to go to.

Worst worst worst hospital I lost my father because of this worst hospital.

If god is there this hospital would surely suffer
I admitted my father-in-law in emergency on 4th April 2021 afternoon 2pm .As he was having slight fever, was unable to take food for last few days so was feeling very weak and he was a patient of COPD, liver infection and depression problem. For his liver problem he was undergoing treatment from Dr. M.S PAUL and for depression from Dr. A.K SAHANI. As it was Sunday only duty doctors were available as he was having fever and after CT Chest he was found to have pneumonia which was due to aggravated condition of COPD so as per their protocols they said after RT-PCR the patient will be shifted to Covid ICU. I told them he was 86 year old man and recently got vaccinated for corona and has COPD patient he must not be allowed to keep with suspected covid patient to this they replied they will shift to covid ICU after the RT-PCR report to my utter surprise and dismay I came to know that RT-PCR sample was not taken which is the mandatory covid protocol followed by every hospital before shifting a patient to covid ICU. But due to the negligence of these doctors my patient died as he was kept in covid ICU when they knew my patient was having COPD with pneumonia, recently he was vaccinated his body was very weak ,vulnerable and having other multiple ailments like liver, etc. Keeping him in an ICU with covid patient would prove to be fatal for his life and the same thing happened he died on the 5th April 2021 early morning. Initially they said on the basis of the CT report they had shifted them to the covid ICU and death was due to covid. When we demanded discharge summary they could not mention it to be a covid case because the radiologist who conducted the CT scan did not approve to be a covid case. We were kept for more than 10 hours for getting this discharge summary and the confirmation of the death due to covid or non-covid for conducting the funeral rights. Finally they bow down for their mistake for not conducting RT-PCR and keeping him in covid ICU and made the discharge summary as stating - ''Sepsis with Septic Shock''. Death was due to the negligence of hospital which did not follow the covid protocol. I am worried about the patients being admitted in emergency during this covid time if covid protocols are not followed by the hospital then it may prove fatal for their life as happened in our case. We are highlighting this issue so that it should not be repeated to any other patient.
