The organization is okay. I see their mission, and what LTSC is trying to accomplish within the community. You meet great people here. However, the communications team caters for themselves, and create an illusion for others to view this place as a happy place. Foreign case managers do well for the immigrant refugees in the Los Angeles area, which is admirable. The child development department suffers. The young director mistreats her employees and volunteers. Employee benefits are great- but the pay is terrible. Most of the upper heads are okay people. Business savvy, and know all the ends on how to manage an organization without breaking ground rules. Amongst the staff, you have "attorneys", who pocket the profit and UNDER PAYS the lower staff.
