They are big time cheaters never ever buy from them again. I bought 3 lots so far. First lot had few broken items, 2nd lot lot more and third lot had 10 broken item out of 11. Trust me they are thieves. They should be reported to government of US.

I bought an item based on pictures and had someone pick it up. The item was not what was pictured. Every piece that could be unbolted or removed was taken out - including 2 windows on the cab. I was told it was not refundable since it had been picked up. I will never deal with this company again and I would advise anyone to be very careful. Do not send money until you have your product as represented in your possession.
Buyer beware, scam alert! I have been purchasing pallets from them multiple times. Every pallet has items that are missing or are not as described in the manifest. I paid $3500 for my last pallet which they delivered to the WRONG address! I called multiple times a day for over a week and every time, the customer service rep said they would escalate the issue and have someone call or email me back and nothing happened. After multiple negative experience, I started reading other people's review only to realize that many others have reported the same thing. There is a thread about them even having "affiliates" place fake bids on items to drive up the bidding price! this is why you see some items come back to auction again after they have been "won". Buyer beware, this business is a scam.
Make sure to read through all their payment terms...but not the terms listed as "Terms and Conditions" on their own webpage? They aren't the actual terms they tell me afterwards?
They post on their site "terms and conditions" the following: "Unless otherwise specified by a listing or a marketplace, credit cards and PayPal accounts may be accepted for up to $10,000."
They do not actually accept anything but cash for more than $5000 is what I am told by their customer service?...not told until after the auction is completed and payment is due. There were no credit card or paypal limits listed in the auction. Called customer service and they spoke to finance and they were willing to do nothing. They say I should of called customer service for the terms before the auction.....not read their website's and specific auction's terms and conditions. No where did it say that they have different terms than their own terms and to call. I read through their site multiple times.
Now I don't have the 45 days the credit payment gives me for allowing resell time, I lose 2% cash back on the credit card, over 7000 points lost (approximately $70), and I have to pay for a wire transfer....Basically turns an 8% buyers premium into a 12%-13% premium because of their deception. I do not recommend using their sites as they don't have real terms.
I am trying to pay them and they won't accept their own terms for payment....what a joke? Go to the other auction sites and have better luck at reputable places such as GencoMarketplace.
Kind of sad that the only 5-star reviews here are current or former employees. As an employer: 2-3 stars. As a service provider: also 2-3 stars. Keep in mind the company is dumping surplus from a very dodgey manifest that may or may not be 100% accurate.
Bad company, scammers. Do not buy !! They have deceptive titles. They offer you some articles with excellent photographs and titles that cheat. For example, they tell you: "(300 pieces) of drones with camera and other accessories" for 100 dollars. And people fall deceived because they think they will receive 300 drones !!, but in reality they sold you (1 piece) of drone with camera and (299 pieces) of paper clips. Obviously you can not sue them because the title is correct but misleading. Never, never, never buy there, you will be scammed in one way or other.
