It was not the greatest ...its a hit and miss eating this spot

Seems very dirty, long wait for takeout during supper. Well over an hour at times. Don't take that as meaning good food, the food is ok for the price, but once I actually saw restaurant, I was cringing.

tasty food! certainly not chef ramsay but definitely tasty and well worth the money for the quantity.

It's a real hit or miss most of the time. Sometimes food can be amazing and other times food is over cooked/dry. I ordered chicken chow main once and there wanted even any chicken in it

Foods no good. Said an hour for 2 basic combos then i wait another half hour out front because they were " backed up" only noticed 1 cabbie leave with a small bag while I waited

This little "eatery" was well recommended to me. I ordered the most expensive take-out (I wanted the lemon chicken). Words cannot describe how bad this meal was. Overcooked. Dry. Tasteless. The lemon chicken? TERRIBLE. Dry chicken coated with stale crumb-coat, and... get this... a bit of warm lemon sauce dribbled over it. The lumps of chicken were not quite cool. I couldn't eat it. The vegetables were so overcooked they were mushy. I have never before had mushy vegetables in a Chinese meal. The egg rolls were mushy. WHO COOKS MUSHY EGG ROLLS?
I managed a few mouthfuls before tossing the lot into the garbage. That's almost $20 of garbage, still warm.
And no, the place was not busy. The phone rang three times while I waited, and I was the only client there.
I should give it no stars. The place itself looked cluttered and dirty.
It gets one star because the girl at the counter was friendly.

One of the worst Chinese restaurants I've ever experienced. We felt quite ill after eating and the dish was all think and congealed even while warm.

I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option. Found a rolled up used paper towel in my spare ribs. Was told by the owner that it must have been used to carry a pot. Was not going to refund me until I threatened to contact public health! Disgusting! Steer clear!!

Normally the food here at night has been hit or miss. We recently got takeout near midnight and every single dish tasted very fresh, flavourful and veggies were crunchy. The 4 of us that got takeout all commented on how good it was and noted that they had updated their takeout containers as well.

I order Linn Chau all the time !! The food is always fresh and so delicious !! Everyone I have ever dealt with there is so friendly .Would recommend it to anyone who loves great food and service !

Their delivery always takes forever, it's expensive for what you get, the food is always ice cold when it arrives, and they never remember you ordered a drink with your meal and guilt you at the door when you get upset that they forgot your drink. Seriously, the last four times I ordered they forgot the drink and did nothing to fix it. Do not order from here.

Their food is great will let family an friends know. First time going there

First they said we're open for order, I called exactly after 1 min, the lady said we're closed for orders now. What kind of a stupid restaurant is it!

I texted my order at 9:45 pm today , they replied 10 min later with thanks. An hour and 45 mins later I called and they apparently stopped taking phone and text orders before and our food still wasn't even ready yet. Apparently they didn't feel it was important enough to let their long time customers know they had decided not to make our food and just leave us with hanging until they got around to it. This is the last straw. The quality of the food and packaging for delivery has drastically declined over the last year or so also. I will never order from them again and suggest if your thinking of ordering from them I wouldn't recommend it . Save your money and time.

This was my second time eating at Linn Chau tonight.

The first time we really enjoyed it. Tonight we ordered 2 combos.. The lemon chicken was gross. It was like no name chicken nuggets with sweet sauce just not good....

Then for some reason my rice tasted of fish...

but...

What i really wanted was hot and sour soup which we ordered.. We ended up with some gelatin goo with vegetables in it... No idea what it even is.. It was yuck! In the morning the to the trash it will go.

I live too far away so it wasn't worth my time to go back... Tried to call was on hold forever and gave up.

It appears my second time will be my last time.. Waste of money!

Linn Chau has the best Chinese food ever!! Try it, you will love it!!!

Great food. All of their chicken is white meat. Reccomend ordering ahead as they are very busy.

If you wanna wait an hour for a cold poutine, nuggets and fries, then this is the place to be! Horrible!

Very happy with the large portions but the rice was greasy and seems like it was in the fridge for days and then reheated, the chicken balls were mostly batter and they forgot to put sauce on them, egg rolls and spring rolls taste like store bought frozen ones with nothing but cabbage in them. Not worth $40 for 2 combos.

Ordered by phone for pickup was told 30-35 mins. Showed up at 35 mins and was told it will be another 15. Went back in to be told it still wasn't done and was next on the list and it would be about 5. Waited inside for another 15 minutes to finally get my food. Half my food was too hot to eat and the rest was cold. I won't be going back. China coast it is.

Best lunch in town at a inexpensive price very yummy

I LOVE this place its sooooooo good their chicken balls are the best and I love their eggrolls and wong tongs they are delicious :)

Food was mushy and fishy, much worse than other places I have tried.

This place has the best food. You get more than your money's worth. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Food has been lovely every time we ordered (the spring rolls, fried wontons, and General Tso's chicken are especially good) and preparation was very quick! The only complaint I have is that the wonton soup is a little bland, but still eminently edible with a little soy sauce added in.

Best place in the city to get something to eat while way too drunk!

We hadn t had Linn Chau in over a year and decided to order it tonight and it s the best food we ve ever had from here! Quick delivery, big portions, great prices and everything tasted absolutely amazing. They ve really improved all around! We will definitely be ordering again in the near future.
