They are horrible. You get late fees for not paying late fees. When I first moved in Julia lost 1000 dollars of my money and then has the audacity to be so rude to me because it was around the holidays and I simply did not have the time to go get her the replacement money order for her right away. Yes I had to go get it. I didn't even remember what store I went to to get the money order in the first place so I had to look for the receipt and then go. It was highly inconvenient for me and she has been so rude to me ever since. I asked to switch apartments as well and was told that I wasn't permitted since the apartments are for new tenants even though I would pay for the security deposit to move into a different one. When we first moved in we were allowed to switch apartments but now all of a sudden we are not . Plus now I have automatic payment for my rent so I won't get anymore late fees. But the rent went up and guess what? Because the automatic payment system didn't automatically take out the full amount of my rent which is what I wanted in the first place I HAVE LATE FEES AGAIN! YAY! I AM SO HAPPY TO BE LIVING HERE! I tried to move last year but I have to give sixty days notice although I am sure they only need give people 30 days notice if they want to terminate a lease and tell people to move out. I didn't make it in time so I have to wait til 60 days before my lease is up again to move. DO NOT MOVE INTO A LINDY PROPERTY. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Oh and there are bedbugs and roaches throughout the building (neighbors told me). I reported a dead roach upstairs in the rec room a year ago and it still hasn't been cleaned up.

NEW NEWS: NOW YOU HAVE TO HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE THERE IS NO RUNNING HOT WATER EVERY OTHER DAY AND WHEN THERE IS IT IS LUKE WARM. THE ELEVATORS DON'T WORK EVERY OTHER DAY. THE SHOWER WATER PRESSURE IS LAUGHABLE. SO THIS IS WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THE CABLE THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT IS SELECT CHANNELS, NOT BASIC CABLE. YOU HAVE TO CALL THE INTERNET PROVIDER TO MANUALLY CONNECT DEVICES TO THE INTERNET OR YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS CONNECTING TO INTERNET WITH ANY OF YOUR DEVICES INCLUDING TV. THE REC ROOM IS HOT IN THE SUMMER, THEY DON'T TURN ON THE AIR TIL MID SUMMER. THE LAUNDRY MAT IS RIGHT NEXT TO IT AND IS SMOLDERING HO, YOU COULD PASS OUT DOING LAUNDRY IN THERE. THE WASHERS AND DRYERS BREAK EVERY OTHER DAY AS WELL. AND YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR CALLING THE LAUNDRY SERVICE COMPANY TO FIX.

If I could give a negative star I would!! This has been the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with with regards to my living experience with Lindy Properties. The people in the home office are EXTREMELY rude (Laura especially) and not helpful at all! I am so glad I chose not to renew my lease. I've never been the type to write any negative reviews about any company, but these people are terrible! Dealing with unpleasant people deters you from ever wanting to rent from them ever again! If I can't look to you all for help to make my living experience or the exiting process easy, then what tf are you all good for!!??? Throw the entire staff away and start from scratch!

I ve been at the Gateway/Enclave for almost two years. When I first moved in my experience was pleasant, I was relieved with the inclusive annebties and outdoor recreation. However, the leasing staff and new building manager are completely rude and are vague about fees, maintenance requests, and just have been overall rude. They also do not stay current with exterminating, summer they attract some sort of oak tree bug that comes in masses. These were in my apartment but the dozens and it took weeks for them to remove. You can not increase your heat in the winter, and I have ongoing issues with our bathroom. They sell on the convenience of location, but leave out how close you are to the stadiums where the traffic sometimes prevents you from entering the building. If your need with management his minimal you ll be fine otherwise fine somewhere else...

This is a warm and friendly place to live. The staff is helpful and quick to address any and all problems you may have. The grounds are kept very neat and clean at all times. I would recommend this property.

great place to live nice communal lifestyle, warm personable neighbors. Respectful of others. Pleasent staff, common areas well kept building engineers show a caring attitude. essentially i am very impressed with the way the building is maintained and residents are treated.

I have lived at Lindy Properties for 2 years and it was a pleasant experience. I lived at 450 Green Apartments. The maintenance was always on point and Management was courteous too. I loved the fitness center and the community garden.

Absolutely the rudest customer service ANNA was so obnoxious and rude...
She told me apparently after living here for 5 year upgrade which was offered to me was a "Gift" and it should be appreciated... Only after waiting for 2 months or more, I find out that the maintenance and the management office is clueless about everything that is going on...
Just avoid these apartments after all, its not what it used to be.. This year Christmas and New year's did not even feel same as other years...
Management changed and its extremely hard to reach anyone for a fare answer! ABSOLUTELY AVOID at all COSTS....

NEVER RENT FROM LINDY!!!
They steal your deposit without cause. They never respond to maintenance requests. The property was dilapidated and had code violations. They lie to you and tell you misleading information. Worst realtor I've ever dealt with in my life by far.
