This company is a complete rip-off. God forbid you...

This company is a complete rip-off. God forbid you order something from them one time and pay by credit card, they will bill your continuously every month even though you don't want their product and have notified them to destroy your credit card number.

They are great! If you leave a message they call you right away. Has anyone actually tried leaving one? They know their stuff and are good at what they do. Most of the people who give bad reviews are just pill poppers looking for a fix who get denied by them bc they actually follow the law

I am sorry that so many of you have had problems with Linden Care. They have been a blessing to me. I have never had any problems with billing. I have never had any trouble reaching a live person to speak with about any questions or deliveries. The only time I had a problem was during the Polar Vortex when FedEx could not fly. Linden Care got my medications to FedEx but they could not deliver them. I hope that those of you who have had a problem have found a place that gives you the service you desire. Once again, I can't say a bad word about anyone there. Thanks Linden Care, you make my life so much better.

First - My doctor insisted on using this pharmacy ...

First - My doctor insisted on using this pharmacy saying it wouldn't cost me anything. I wanted to go to a local pharmacy here in Alabama. My now ex-doctor would send the prescription to a local pharmacy. That was on Tuesday, October 6th.

Someone from Linden called me the next day to confirm my mailing address. He guaranteed the medication would be sent Federal Express to arrive on Friday, October 9th. It is now Saturday, October 10th and there has been no delivery. Packages are delivered to the apartment complex manager for handling. Because of my schedule, I will not be able to pick up any packages for 2 weeks.

I have reported this situation to my insurance company and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I will be returning any packages received from Linden Care, unopened, and demand my insurance company be refunded.

I will also be looking for another doctor who actually listens to me.

I'd like to start by saying that I don't know why others hate this place. I got a call from them and they said that my insurance dined my claim. Then they said that they automatically enrolled me in a coupon program as the medicine I was proscribed costs over $1,000. The coupon brought the cost down to $10 that I had to pay. The medicine was shipped via FedEx overnight and got to me the next day (just as I was told).

Well first off I would like to say when my Dr recommended sending my scripts to this pharmacy I didn't really like the idea because I was so use to going right in and picking my own scripts up and in and out the door within 5-10 min at a very small family owned family owned variety store/pharmacy however due to my Dr converting over to the e-scribing system way back before my pharmacy was on-line so I was some what obligated, being he wasn't going to no longer write a paper script is when so I can remember the first time my scripts were sent to Linden Care and I also got the the same feeling (Geez this place is going to be a nightmare was what I was thinking the first time) however it's the timeframe if you call during lunch hour or early right after they open well of course more than likely your gonna get a machine and it's not that they all split of course some are there answering phones but keep in mind people are going in and out the front door picking up scripts, other customers calling, insurance companies returning calls, people it's a very small space in an industrial area not a huge call center so I'm sure they don't have a room full of people hired to specifically answer phones all day, because I myself when I'm at my home in the NY area I go there in person and pick up my scripts so I've seen the entire operation and met the lady at the front counter picking up my scripts also some of the people over the phone in the back but never face to face because they happen to work very hard when my insurance company denied a few of my medications and then it required pre-authorization, I've also had my meds shipped to Fl no problem arrived just like it was suppose to I think the prob is people get one bad experience and then they automatically degrade the entire company when that could've been a little glitch caused due weather, one particular employee etc., who knows its always fair to give it a second chance before jumping out and degrading the entire company because I personally think they are awesome and BTW I've been getting my scripts with them now for prob a good year and half++ maybe 2 yrs,...

My doctor said this was a great way to get one par...

My doctor said this was a great way to get one particular RX, however, less that one week later the mess were change. I called and ordered them to stop future deliveries but they just keep on electronically withdrawing the money and continue to ship out the meds. I do not accept delivery yet no refund.....Even though I've called 3 weeks ahead of time!

So far, so good. I call and it doesn't take long for me to get through. Great Professionalism. When I forget to call in my Prescription, they call me. Yeah, I would prefer my meds to be closer, but, if it's not broken, then there's no need to fix it. Lol!!! Thank you, Linden Pharmacy for a great job, Thus far.
