Complaint about the head of customer service mrs. Nicole wastes a very unempatic and short-sighted person. After all, my wife has a device that works. That it makes a rotherrie and that my wife has recently been put out of a concert hall and checked on the street didn't seem to bother her at all. You don't treat sick people like that !!!!! Mrs. Catelijne is very customer-friendly, does not need help and has too little experience what exactly COPD means. Linde should be a customer-focused company and help people look for solutions.

Too bad that 0 stars is not possible. This is a bad company with abysmal customer service.
Do not deliver the right stuff, are not flexible and do not keep appointments, so you are waiting all day for nothing. When you call you are treated on top of it all with a tone that is rather inappropriate to say the least.
At one point I was so fed up that I wanted to switch to another company. Even with this, Linde Healthcare failed several times. Do not respond, promise things they do not keep and do not forward forms and files. Purposely training and teasing, but cashing in with the health insurer every year.
Be sensible and do not go sea with these non-valeurs !!
It is not for nothing that Linde sleep apnea no longer has a contract with CZ. What a dredging company with an even worse customer service. I was in contact several times by mail - full of spelling errors - but that aside with one Wesley. Appointments are not forwarded and the device is not collected.
