Has been in treatment with various specialists and always to great satisfaction. The doctors that I had to deal with so far were all very competent and involved.

Parking costs are high. That is a minus.

Mutilated and and greatly reduced functionality. Surgeons believe they should determine what is good for you here. At least mine is and that probably has a diploma from the butcher's school. Nursing staff in the department okay. But of course you don't buy anything for that in the end. Hospital does nothing but hold back. It works well too, because as a patient you end up getting nowhere, so why should you help your client anyway. I don't want to be treated here dead anymore.
Thank you for all the physical and now also psycho-emotional misery that I owe to you in the meantime.

My son was born there. Premature and therefore 9 weeks early. With 36 years himself got lung cancer and healed from thanks to doctor Van Rijswijk and his team and his care was more good. The care of the nursing staff was also very good, unfortunately only a few after wall, partly thanks to this experience (s), everything got a nasty aftertaste wall that was very bad and simply degrading to me. Fortunately certainly not all.

Poor hospital, no specialists and good staff on the weekend.
Thursday evening, with a lot of pain on my son's leg, I went to jbz, nothing was told, blood shedding and sent away without a photo.
Friday night again, then they took a photo and yes the bone of the thigh was completely in the middle. oops and thanks. Angry...
gypsum done, Monday it appears at the specialist that gypsum does not offer sufficient support to the bone, (too short) a week later and with great pain they have removed gypsum and put it back in gypsum. Angry...
one and all mistakes, ...... such a shame and annoying for a child of 5.

How do they treat people in the Radiology departme...

How do they treat people in the Radiology department? As if they want you away! I was sent halfway out of the room in my underwear and with the door ajar I got the message: Results in 2 days.
Okay? A good afternoon or a good evening could not even get off. I saw an elderly man with the door open, with the help of a stranger, putting on his sweater. Also nice and helpful.

Pay for parking. The food in certain restaurants was top notch, but quite on the pricey side. (hygiene at the benches with red fabric was slightly less, had tip replaced to make cleaning easy. And washable cushions in an eeb bin are available on request, to take place there.) With some nursing staff it can be a lot better, in terms of kindness, and dealing with a patient. It was sloppy, although I looked at the handling of equipment. Even drawing up a plan when someone goes home. It could be better. (this is not the case with every department)

Personnel may not cost anything more and apparently does not need to have any experience.
Even the personnel department is therefore unable to deliver professional and good work.
You will (if you receive a written response) immediately be tagged with 'Dear' and then your first name instead of 'Dear' with your last name. Exactly how children communicate with each other: WHAT AN AMATEURS!

I recommend Dr. Nieuwkamp as best Neurologist, gave excellent
medicines, it is a pity that care providers very often reimburse the prescribed medicines in part, that must be different, we all also pay 385 euros per year on top of our monthly premium, why do I have to take the medicine that the care provider determines, the healthcare provider is not in the specialist's shoes, is it?

I had an interview at the beginning of October before the procedure and after my vacation on November 1, I had the procedure and am very pleased with how they did it and afterwards checked and everything was good and everyone is nice and polite and know what so definitely recommended

It is a large hospital which, in my opinion, makes communication indoors, between different departments and doctors not always smooth.
Also to the patient, this could be improved.

With a visit to the outside, you can only go to the windy bald front. Why are the nice indoor gardens not used for this?
Last on visit. Coffee in the hall was on, that is possible, but during the coffee round you get nothing as a visit. When asked whether it is supplemented, you are inconvenient.
Parking is an expensive affair and if you have to wait longer for the attending physician, this comes out of your wallet.

No nice experiences.

They gave me bad information and drugs that I could not and I also could not stand were my files lost from all other surgeries and treatments that I had I gave to the hospital even though I could not stand the drugs and therefore should not having them home anyway the aftercare at home of Panthijn that I received from the hospital was very bad and the operations that I had had failed due to lifelong stomach and intestinal complaints and about sensitive bladder and urine weighing and so on while the operations were simple and they have treated me rude as a liar and I can go on and on

This afternoon I was at the outpatient clinic to take blood samples. I was prodded by a student, she did very well! The nurse who guided her also helped her through the process nicely. Compliments! You sometimes hear stories about students who mispronounce, but that really didn't bother me at all. Also great that the nurse stayed so calm and went through all the steps with her, a very positive experience!

Great hospital, never had the feeling that I was a number. Both in the First Aid and in the ward during admission (2x in March and April) Nursing staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The treating specialist was good at his job and informative. All appreciation for this hospital.

Had spondylodesis surgery in June. Nice, friendly doctor Dr. Bennink. Well done job. I was in hospital for 6 days and was helped by everyone in a friendly manner. Was just great and that just after the 1st corona crisis. Top hospital.

I am glad with the level of help and support. My appointment was arranged very quick and efficient and all other procedures to follow as well. It s very modern and well organised hospital. My doctors were very nice and supportive with broad knowledge and always enough time to explain and answer questions. Certainly felt like being in good hands. Thank you

Losing research material submitted for research, or not testing.
Squeeze volunteers in terms of effort and hours and then put them aside, etc.

If you can avoid this hospital, find another hospital. Problem on problem on problem in various departments, not thinking along, not helping and sending away half or no information. Simply lousy. Complaint? You are busy for months and months and when you see the file, very little of what is in it is correct.

I think it is a good and pofecional hospital, both of my parents have been there for a longer period, unfortunately neither of them is with us anymore, but that was not due to bad employees or diagnoses.
Both were very ill and treated well by doctors and nurses alike.
We are also well guided and taken care of.
I say a top hospital.

The gynecology department is not in any way ahead ...

The gynecology department is not in any way ahead of the JHA! I know recently 2 cases where it almost went wrong during a delivery and 3 completely.

In addition, in 2015 a relatively simple intervention by a family member, in the same department, went wrong and the person in question still experiences the consequences.

Other departments I have nothing about, but gynecology really worthless.

Voted best hospital.

Voted best hospital.
No complaints about healthcare so far, but administratively this is really a chaos. Some examples of this year: Automatically cancel appointments, referrals that are not sent. Files are not forwarded. If you get 3 secretaries on the line, all 3 tell something different. Go on and on.
You really have to arrange everything here yourself, otherwise nothing will happen.

I have been going to this hospital all the way from Amsterdam for 12 years. I like it. Excellent care. I don't worry about costs, before that I have good health insurance.

Good experiences with this hospital (obstetrics and gynecology department). There was clear and transparent communication and I was involved in decisions that had to be made, so I experienced no loss of control. The care staff was very cordial, empathetic and involved! During my delivery I was well coached by my husband and the care staff, which really helped me. When we were discharged home, we received all the reports and results on paper, nice to be able to read it again. I did not feel "too much" or burdened and have all the questions I could have asked. The only thing that could have been better was breakfast and lunch, as a brand new mother I couldn't do that enough;).

Last 3 weeks I went to JHA 4x, this cost me 27
parking costs. This is ridiculous ... if they just change this a bit
not everyone has a big wallet. The first hour and a half should simply be free.
And then something else today I was in hospital for more than 4 hours, had to eat a sandwich (because of diabetes) I bought a pistolet with ham 4, - was soft (not fresh) if this is just an old sandwich and then that price. SCANDALOUS

On December 10, 2019, I had a bowel examination at the JBZ.
Prior to that, I was admitted to the Day Treatment Department for a few hours, room 31. My compliments for the understanding and extremely friendly approach of the nurses.
At 11.30 am I was treated in the Endoscopy department by doctor de Jonge, assisted by two nurses. Here too I was struck by the extremely friendly treatment. All time was allocated to inform me and to put me at ease.
Thanks again for taking good care!

Corona Policy Fails! It does not matter who you speak to: nurses, doctors, reception staff and the reception people, but at all levels within this organization: information about the virus, explanation of measures, policy with regard to isolation, visiting arrangements, and other regulations explained otherwise. On a daily basis, and sometimes several times a day, different types of information and explanation are provided. Every nurse has his or her own rules and policy. No uniform corona policy at all within this hospital! Very frustrating for family of patients themselves.
