Unprofessional staff ..they never answer they call and today when they do, SHE hang up several time.... they do not care about parents concerns.. this is far the worse place..
Read other view is almost the same! They need protocols and how to treat others!! Avoid it and go elsewhere same yourself time.
Some of the best care I have ever received despite not having insurance. I've had services for physical and mental issues. Their referrals worked out perfectly; including therapy which saved my life. Be patient, this is a low cost clinic for many of us so it's busy. I waited a lot longer where I paid more to achieve terrible results when I had insurance.
I wish I did not even have to leave a star. I just had the extreme displeasure of speaking with the rudest appointment line I have ever spoken to. The woman deserves to be fired on the spot for her absolutely appalling behavior. She was too busy yelling over me to answer my question simply because I did not understand what she was asking. When I asked her to please stop speaking over me so I could clarify and confirm the appointment time, she hung up on me. As a former executive director, I would have fired someone on the spot for treating clientele in this manner. It is unacceptable, unprofessional and quite simply, she deserves to be let go. I placed a call back to confirm the appointment time at least, and left a message for an office manager to return my call ... but if people like this are permitted to work at this office I'll be quite surprised if I receive a callback. It is disheartening to know that despite the world today and the struggles we all face that there are people out there like this woman (who I regretfully did not get the name of) that seem to have the prime goal of making others miserable.
Doctor Marston is an absolutely amazing doctor, but her front office staff are incompetent. I had two appointments scheduled, one for the 12th and one for the 26th. I called to cancel the one for the 26th, specifically telling them the 26th, and they cancelled the one for the 12th. I have to give them two stars because while Dr Marston is amazing, it only matter if I can reach her and have an appointment with her.
If I could give 0 stars I would . They DO NOT care about their staff even employees that have worked there for 40 years . Do not get a job here you ll regret it

After many years of visiting this clinic I wish i had a good review to leave, but I don t. I ve visited nearly every department and consistently leave disappointed, untreated, and referred elsewhere. Eye exams are incredibly rushed and my prescription was WAY off. I was misdiagnosed TWICED in family planning/women s health- and then was given a hard time having the inaccurate diagnoses removed from my Medical History because the doctor has to be the one to remove it and she is no longer with the clinic. Seriously!? I had a COVID test in December and wasn t notified for ELEVEN DAYS that they didnt even run my test because they had misspelled my name ( Rady ), and so there were no results when they checked the lab for Katy. By the time the mistake was discovered my sample had expired and i had to go retest. They apologized profusely for the inconvenience of coming back in, when they should ve been apologizing for carelessness with results of a life-threatening pandemic! Most recently i went in to have a cyst lanced and was told we don t do that here . I politely responded that I ve had it done there numerous times and gave the doctors name that did the procedure. They returned and apologized, said i was correct but she s very busy and then referred me out to a clinic that couldn t help, landing me in urgent care when it should ve been taken care of that day. They could literally improve in every possible way.
The absolute worst experience with a medical facility. Calling to make an appointment alone is frustrating.
My mom was concerned about her health this morning, so she went to this clinic because its open, since its a saturday.
In a rude way, the receptionist claudia told her that there was no appointments available and to just keep on the prescription given by a doctor from another location instead of keep spending her money.
She should limit herself to do her job, and giving medical advise or telling what to do with one's money is NOT her job.
They Never Answer! Trying to find out what time my appointment is, trying to reschedule, if Im late, or miss an appointment they tell me I cant be seen again!
My Dr. Is great, if I can only make an appointment!
Also my dentist has been trying to get a hold of them forever!
