Great company! Knowledgeable workers and prompt service! I live in a super old Condo, the power was flickering. I called and Tony the owner answered right away and told me he'd have a guy out in an hour or two. 30 minutes later a very professional and knowledgeable electrician named Jake was able to fix one issue right away. Due to a possible other issue, Tony the owner got SRP out to my place within a few hours to change my electrical meter and even came out late night just so he could check out behind their equipment. Amazing customer Service, very prompt and knowledgeable which is very important when you have no electricity in the heat and you work online from home! There was a second issue a few days later, as all my equipment was 36 years old and the whole electrical box needed to be replaced. Again, within a day Jake came back and replaced that all for me within a few hours. Every time someone was done, the owner Tony called after to make sure the issue was fixed and that I was happy with the service! I will definitely call them for all my electrical needs and refer them to anyone who need quick, quality electrical work!

Very unprofessional. I called on Friday morning to see if I could have someone come out. I was having trouble with a breaker that kept tripping. When I called, I talked to Tony. He told me he would call me back in about 20 minutes and let me know when somebody could come out. An hour later I called him back. He apologized for the delay, and said they were real busy. I told him that if they are busy - I understand, and could figure something else out. He said he could probably have someone come out Saturday morning, and would call me back in 5-10 minutes. Again, I didn t hear anything, so I called him an hour later. He setup to come out between 8 and 9 on Saturday morning. At 9:00 he sent me a text saying he was finishing a job, and would be to my place shortly. Finally around 10:45 I got a hold of him again. He had several excuses because the job he was currently on. I told him not to come out - I would figure something else out.

I understand that things happen and things change. The part that upsets me is there was no communication. I had to call him to get an update when he was almost 2-3 hours late. I wasted my Saturday morning. Now time to find another electrician

I called Dolce Electric to install a 220 outlet in my new home here in Mesa so that I could use my welder. They were booked up for a few days, but the owner of the company took time out of his personal schedule to stop by and get it done for me the very next day! He was extremely friendly and professional. The outlet looks great and works flawlessly! Thanks again! Shaun

I am a "do it yourselfer" living in a remote area and attempted a relatively large residential electric project... During the process i ran into a few questions and thought i would reach out to an electric expert. Tony answered the phone and took the time to understand my project and then offer advice and guidance. Not only did he offer advice, but saved me over $1500 in his recommendations. I called a couple of times during the process and each time he was cordial, polite and took the time to answer all of my questions.. Tony knew from the beginning there was no job out of this since he was telling me how to do it myself. These types of businesses don't exist anymore and I am thankful for Tony for taking the time to help me. I finished the project, save tony of money and very happy. I Highly recommend Dolce.

I had an issue with my pool (the breaker kept tripping) so I called Dolce Electric, and they diagnosed it over the phone! A man came out to verify he was correct. It was a bad underground pipe. The pipe was replaced & the pool was running the very next day. Very professional staff. 5/5 stars. They did a wonderful job!

Dolce Electric Co was recommended to us by our neighbors who had very good things to say about them. Our pool motor had stopped working because the underground pipe and wires became rusted and damaged. They sent an electrician named Jake out the same day we called. He did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions. The next day Jake and his team installed a new pipe and wires in the ground. The we're on time, neat and super friendly.
