From North Carolina I recently I reached out to Limbaugh Toyota. By way of their website I contacted Domonik Hawkins. Unfortunately he was not able to locate the car in which I was interested.However during the course of my correspondence with him by phone and by email, he was courteous, prompt and thorough. I appreciate his help and would highly recommend him.

Entire car buying process was a hassle and we never knew what was the truth. We were buying the car from out of state and once they had the paperwork and down payment they became hard to get ahold of.
They were supposed to ship the car to us which took weeks to arrange. Once the car finally arrived multiple weeks later the driver of the truck delivering our car wouldn t even release the vehicle to us because apparently the money we paid Limbaugh wasn t even ever paid to the driver so essentially the shipping fee was a scam. Ended up having to pay cash to the driver just to get the car off the truck.
Would never suggest this dealer to anyone and will never deal with them again.
Wow! I am truly amazed at the customer service I have received. I recently filed bankruptcy, and was in need of a vehicle. I decided to give a call to one of the pre approvals I received by mail. I must say my first pick was my best pick! I didn t think I would be approved with no money down or a co signer with my credit score being in the low 400 s. Can you believe the next day my new Nissan Rouge was sitting in my drive way? This has been a very special experience for me and I can not wait to see what the future holds. I am very satisfied!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! The rudest people you could meet!! Not only did the service intake person have the worst attitude when I asked for more information on my cars warranty, but the service foreman rotated my tires he broke my hub cap and tried to make me pay $100 to fix it!!! He also left my hub cap on my tan seats inside of my car, he also cussed at me! When I reported it to the service manager he seemed amused by the whole situation he was everything but helpful!! Lets not forget they didn t even service my car!! I waited there for 2 1/2 hours before this took place and when I finally able to leave I noticed my air was blowing warm air. Which clearly means they didn t put any fluids in my car!! So now I have to take off of work for another day to go to a different dealership to have my car serviced again. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TAKE THE FEW EXTRA MINUTES TO DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT TOYOTA DEALERSHIP! These people have horrible character and absolutely no integrity what so ever!!! It s a waste of time and completely embarrassing!! They also did not provide my with any paperwork or information on anything they did with my car. LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Most of the good reviews they have are fake. This place is a big scam!!! I wouldn t advise anyone to go there!! Save your self because they like to take advantage of people and are completely unconcerned of any complaints! This was my very first time having a car service ...My car had one previous owner and they only had it for less than a year so it s only been serviced one time before this. These people will ruin your car and blame you!!! After that they will try to make you pay them. And if you ask questions they don t want to answer they will cuss you out. My fuel pump also had a recall I m not sure what they did but the intake person got mad with me for asking for a rental I never got my car was finished shortly after my request
Amir is the best!!!! Hands down!! When he contacted me and told me he could get me in a car, I really didn't believe him cause I have been told that before. I know my credit is the greatest, but he delivered on what he told me. Not only did he get me into a car, but he personally delivered it to my house today. He went beyond what I expected. Thank you soooo much and I want everyone to go check him out. He's great at what he does.
