Friendly welcoming staff. Quite location but near centre of town centre. Comfortable spacious rooms. Superb breakfasts. Not the cheapest, however great value for money. 100% recommended.

We spent two nights at Cristallino d Ampezzo Hotel. The staff is really kind and welcoming, don t hesitate to ask them for any information! Our room was very spacious, but the furniture a bit old. We really appreciate the variety offered for breakfast and waiters cordiality. The position is also perfect to reach the center by foot. The only thing quite uncomfortable is the absence of a passage to reach the ski depot from the hotel, because you have to pass through the garage. However, you can ask in reception for a porter if you need your gear upstairs.

A super breakfast and hotel s location are the core advantages. Service was also ok. On the other hand rooms are a little bit old, and need some hand with a cleaner or paint. Pricy for the standard, but still: you won t get disappointed.

What a lovely hotel to stay in. In walking distance to the centre of town, good wifi & friendly service. Not to mention beautiful views of the mountains.

This is an outstanding and little known restaurant, the kitchen solidly in the hands of Chef Pierre, set within the Cristallino Hotel. His pizzas are innovative, a rarity in Italian pizza fare, made with first class ingredients and, above all else, with a totally digestible dough which has a five day processing cycle. Warning, there are no signs on the main road alerting you to the presence of a restaurant. GPS and Google Maps required!

It was amazing place and nice city to walk throw. Special place for couple. The hotel is quite with nice staff
