U get hired in 60 days and u always get overtiem. People are cool and Brittany in the office is nice.

Horrible place to work for black people, especially black women. The women in Management are rude and uncultured and create a hostile work environment. Instead of offering constructive criticism, they name call and attack you personally. The company has a very high turnover and I would not recommend this job to my anyone.

This place is not suitable and safe to work at. Let it be known by osha safety board to exploit the environment of this facility. Plus I was let go un fairly against my rights to work and be productive citizen in the community in Grand Rapids, MI this is absurd and crazy

I liked workin in machine op, they work a lot of overtime $$$ - cool place

I really like working here. We get 58 hours per week, and now that the base pay got increased everyone is working much, who would of thought that increasing hourly wage would make workers happy?

I have my ups and downs here but Ive learned that i couldn't succeed here unless i want to. Ed S. is an awesome boss. Shout out to fabrication saw ppl, we're the glue of this company.

You got the supervisors sleeping with the employees supervisors harassing other employees. Some employees will the run their mouths and then as soon as u confront them play the victim. This place is one big joke unless you sleeping with everyone then u get what u want

They pay nothing for machine operator and u have to work really hard with 2 breaks (10 mins) and a lunch 30 mins. Machine operator for $10.50 ? Seriously !!!!!!

Excellent opportunity to learn skilled trades, assembly, quality, and finishing.

Matt is awesome. I work on the saw and once you get used to the job and do your work its not that bad. (Cons) it can b difficult to make rate or catch up and they will get on you about it, which can upset you.
