Stayed there 8 days in March 2015. Have been to the tiki bar many times. Used to live in Pompano area. The tiki bar and the fact that this is literally on the beach make this place amazing. Food and Drinks are great at the bar, try the wings or burgers are great! Rooms are clean, and every one has full fridge plus stove, microwave ect. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially since it's on the water. It's nothing fancy, but I absolutely love it. Live music pretty much every night (it is an older crowd). Some nights, MUCH older. But it's so much fun, so many locals. Just an A+ place all around!

Food was excellent! Atmosphere was great, and Justin our server was fantastic! Can't wait to go again next time we visit Pompano.

Been going here for well over 10 years now it's my local spot . I'll continue to go to The Cove even if I leave Florida I'll plan a vacation there at least once a year and the guys out at life is a Beach watersports and Beach rental are the best.

We love staying here. Wonderful evening music, and a super beach service for active water sports.

Stayed in a studio over looking the courtyard and ocean. Rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. Some of the rooms have Murphy beds, so be sure to ask at booking/check in. They we're able to switch our room at no cost. The beach and pool area are nice and relaxing. Lots of chairs by the pool. The Tiki Bar is a great quick restaurant to grab a bite to eat and a cold drink. Refreshments can be taken to the pool or beach. Also, coolers are allowed by the pool, just no glass. We didn't check out the Seaside grill, but a few locals said it is very good. Bring your own coffee if you're an early riser. Rooms have coffee pots but no grounds, and the tiki bar doesn't open for breakfast until 830. Overall a great place to stay for a weekend trip or a week getaway.

The beach and pool was nice but the other guests staring at my son because he's autistic and make noises like he's some kind of a problem. And then having security call on us several times which made us leave the pool went back to our room that smells like mildew.

One of our favorite places to dine. My wife and i cant get past the appetizers. Thats what we get for dinner. Dont get me wrong,the dinners are good. But the appetizers are outstanding. Youll spend as much,but its worth it!

We ate at the Seaside Grill. Our food was delicious and the service was excellent. Even the eighties cover band was good.

I only went to the tiki bar, but the drinks we're delicious and the bar tender was attentive.

The tiki bar by the pool was great! We spent several hours enjoying the atmosphere with my siblings and their spouses. We ate dinner at the pool area and it was wonderful! We stayed at Lighthouse Cove for a long Thanksgiving vacation. Will definately be back next year again. The beach and pool area was terrific. The weather was great also.

The cove was great, however, the jet ski rental is horrible!!! Be very cautious as the prices change daily and when one of the main employees (named Jay) was questioned he became loud and unprofessional and actually said this is why he prefers Europeans. Bad ppl just looking for $$$$ in that little jet ski rental hut. Pls beware!!! Other than this, the seaside grill was great and the cove staff was very courteous.

On the beach with pool and hot tub plus tennis court, new basketball court, pickleball and shuffleboard. Who could ask for more!? Beautiful views of the ocean too.

Wonderful, we had a bedroom with a view directly on the sea, the beach was very clean and the atmosphere is festive with the Tiki bar. I would spend all my holidays there. We loved it

Love this spot!! Seaside grill really upped the anti when they took over the tiki hut.

Only went to the patio bar but they had a live band and a big bar on the beach which was a huge Plus. The place looks like it could use some updating

Decent place to vacation with the family. This is my second trip down but the family has been coming here for years. They did an external renovation last year near the pool. The rooms are nice though the decor is a little dated. Air conditioning works fine, pool area is nice and beach access is on the property.

Only ate at the Tiki Bar for breakfast after walking. It was really good and our waitress was , FABULOUS! As always!

The staff did not know what was on menus. Staff wasn't sure how to get drinks from the bar. Staff brought us food only after we asked what happened to order...dark .dingy.doors locked...would not recommend

Stopped in for lunch on a walk. Great food at a great price. Had the place to ourselves but that didn't bother us.

This was the week it opened after Irma but it looked great. They were redoing the pool but the rooms were wonderful. We had a great time.

A great place! Vintage facility with newly renovated units. Very clean comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchenette. Fantastic big pool, a hot tub and just 30 feet from a great Tiki bar. The Tiki bar serves good food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Seaside Grill restaurant is onsite with great seafood.

They take our reservation (2 calls) and when we show up, they do not have it

There must be something very special about LHC because I have been going there for 34 yrs(yes, I am old..lol) The place is fabulous and right on the water. I got lucky and got my place right on the beach and the view is unbelievable! You will love the fact that you have a Tiki Bar and restaurant right on site. So really...you never have to leave. But there are many other restaurants, bars, shopping centers, grocery store near by. "So try it, you'll like it."

Nice location, but they haven't updated the rooms since the 80s. They also have a roach infestation in some rooms.

We went for dinner and sat outside. Very nice view from the tiki bar. Food was ok nothing special, kinda like bar food but it was ok. The poolside bathrooms, 3 stalls in the female bathroom, were all backed up and out of order. I think this place has great potential but so so expirence.

Average. Convenient location. Smoking allowed everywhere outdoors, which was unpleasant to us, seems like there should be smoking sections at pool and tiki bar.

Great place. Some manual work required such as getting your own towels, pillows and trash bags unless you pay an extra fee. Overall a great place with a great view.

Small portions despite what server tells you when you order. 6 half dollar scallops were really 5 quarter size scallops.

Nice meal reasonably priced. They had a band playing in the background and our server Erika was very nice and attentive
