This company HAS YET TO RESPOND TO MY CALLS. This is the most unresponsive company I have ever encountered. THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.
Horrible! I spent $1,300 for one year of their service and decided not to continue. That didn't stop them from saying I continued to log in which is completely false. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that someone from their staff, likely someone from their sales team, logged in under my credentials so they could continue to bill me. Now I'm in the middle of fighting it out with my attorney against the collection agency they sent me to for $2,600! I logged in less than 5 times! Do not, I repeat, do not sign up with these crooks. If you're looking into them now you'll probably notice an almost harassment level of sales calls? Take that as a bad sign.
Terrible company. Their information isn't accurate much of the time and they are aware of that. They do not communicate well and when trying to work out our issues with them, they became non-responsive, letting too much time lapse on a sensitive matter. After attempting to cancel our subscription, they renewed us for ANOTHER year, without our permission! (Which is illegal in our state). Stay far, far away from LandVision.
