I live on the corner of a street in Salt Lake City where LightLink was the principal contractor for horizontal drilling and connections for a new cell antenna next to my house. Made a mess last summer. Used permanent paint to mark. Blocked my driveway. Early this spring they came back to do more drilling and digging. Clogged my sprinklers, ripped out plants (and left them there), and in general made a mess again for nearly three months. Never fixed the sprinklers and never removed the paint from the driveway. Most of the workers did not speak English, but one of them gave me a card for their supervisor who was not on site (Jayson Seely). I left a message on his voice mail about my concerns. Never got back to me. Jus Sayin...if they are working next to your house...be forewarned.

These guys have been digging in front of my house for over month, jack hammering, pounding making a lot of noise, they've been out here all month during the quarantine, and now because we work from home it's really distracting, they don't clean up there mess when leaving for the day and aren't taking part in social distancing and this work is non essential. I don't understand what's taking them so long, I thought they would be in and out in a week and they've been here for a month, so annoyed.

They destroyed the ground cover I just planted last year and they're probably going to kill my 80 yr old ash tree because they're digging so close to it.

They are pulling fiber in front of my home for L3 communications. They left dirt on top of the water meter. If I had an emergency and needed to shut it off or had work being done on my house it would have had to be dug up.
I called their number and after explaining how unprofessional it is to leave a job where it's going to cause problems for others and was cursed at dropping the f bomb and he this and that. He hung up once I told him I'm going to record the call.
On top of all this we received no communication this work was going to be done.

They came and installed fiber cables in our neighborhood. The concrete is cracked or risen in multiple spots from poor digging. I have a video of the workers lifting the concrete on our driveway because they dug too high. I've contacted Brennen multiple times. I was told at the time that they would come and replace the concrete pad once spring hit, and now he is not returning my messages. Totally disappointed in this company and once I find out who requested the install, I will be notifying them of this company's negligence as well. Totally crappy company in my opinion, and I usually don't leave bad reviews. People need to be warned about these guys though. Time to contact a lawyer I guess.

While laying fiber optics cable in my yard they broke my sprinkler line and did not inform me. My sprinkler system is on a timer and it flooded my yard. When they say they clean up after their job is done they don't do a very good job and I have to clean up after them. They also drove on my yard putting huge indentation so my yard is not level anymore. If they don't properly repair or cleanup I will be contacting my city to have them investigate. Luckily I took videos of what they've done. I highly recommend people take pictures and videos in case they have to get the city or a lawyer involved.

Looking through the reviews, it looks like the supervisor, Jayson, gave his company five stars and it also looks like he's having other people put 5 star ratings in order to BOOST up his company's ratings. That says a lot about the company if they have to put five star ratings in themselves to BOOST up their ratings!!!
