I started my order process. There was a glitch in the system and would not process my order and unfortunately by the time I could finally get the system to function properly my two day pass for $165 ended up as a two day pass for $197. Maybe it was just a bad day for the system but ended up being a bad day for me

Purchase price was great, easy website to use! App has great info on it!

Easy to accomplish the ticket purchase. Would be improved if you could purchase lift tickets for multiple resorts at the same time.

It s mostly just marketing!
There s really no discount. I bought lift tickets for Winter Park ski resort and got the price that was listed on the Resort s website.
3 stars for smooth mobile purchase experience on the mobile website (I didn t have to download an app and that s jus terrific!). Also for integrating trip insurance offering ($23 for $400 tickets is huge but what you gonna do!)

Very easy to use and saved our group $100! Printed coupons easily accepted at the ski resort. Will use again.

Everything went fine except you should consider an auto save option - it requires me to put my information in too many times - yet saves my information.. but doesn t actually.

I did read the cancellation policy and am writing because I think that Liftopia and their Mountain Collective product has a flaw. Compassion! I bought the tickets for two adults and two kids then realized three hours later that both of my kids qualified for a government subsidized program in Canada where my kids would ski the exact same resorts for a fraction of the cost. I called right away and they weren't open. (open for sales however) Anyway they denied my plea to get even just one reimbursed. When they got back to me they asked me to one prove it and then they cherry picked the flaws of the program I described and ultimately said no refunds. I actually think the adult pass is likely a great product. But beware they won't reimburse you. Not the kind of sportsmanlike conduct I expect in the ski world.

You can easily find price for multiple resorts and you can see the prices for weeks out. I always buy my tickets from loftopia!!!! It's the easiest way to get the best prices for a great day or week on the slopes.

Always good discounts but don t always have the mountains I want to go to. Definitely worth it and a good value!

So easy to score discount tickets! Liftopia puts all the info about the mountain such as snow conditions and trail maps along with deals that are available. There s never a reason to pay full price for lift tickets ever again!

It doesn t save all my info. I had to enter everything twice. Also I wanted to purchase multiple days but couldn t figure out how to do that. Had to purchase one at a time.

after I entered all my information, it was not clear how to proceed to check out and I didn t see it anywhere on the page. I had to create an account in order to get my purchase to go through. Not sure why I should have to create an account for one ticket. Could be more user-friendly and make check out more obvious.

Swear by this app... best to plan trip early for bigger resorts and get your tickets as early as possible as those deals get taken fast!

great site to buy lift tickets. easy transaction and good price as well. Last year I had an issue with the ticket I bought and customer service was great and very fast to resolve the issue.

The service was great when i went to pick up my ski pass. I just was not aware that i was using a US website until it was too late and bought the ticket with exchange actually costing me $150 when i could have purchased it locally for $135 or less.
I would like to suggest that more info is given when purchasing that allows a person to see what the total cost is (with exchange amount)
And an option to cancel purchase at check out.
