I have been going here for almost a year for shoulder, neck, back, wrist issues due to repetitive movements and lack of ergonomics at work. The first month I went a few times per week. Thereafter, once a month for maintenance. Going here has made a world of difference! I can t quit my job but getting adjustments and therapies makes it manageable. In addition, the staff (Dr. Stokke, Suzie, Dylan, Dwayne) is like family! They always address me by name and are very friendly and professional. They are also wearing masks and doing extra cleaning due to covid-19. I love going to Lifestyles Chiropractic!

Before I came to Lifestyles, I was having unbearable headaches in the back of my head. My primary medical provider, VA Healthcare, was unable to diagnose the source of my headache. After an initial visit with Dr. Floyd at Lifestyles, Dr. Messere did an ultrasound, finding a tear in the muscle at the back of my head. With medications, massage therapy, and adjustments, I am finally free of the horrendous headaches! All of the Lifestyle staff is so helpful, courteous, and caring. Lifestyles is first-class chiropractic care!
