John Wilson canceled on me the night before my flight to Miami. He passed me off to Matthew Caroll who canceled on me as I was picking up my bags from baggage claim. He passed me on to Ironel Noel, who was very incompetent. I m trying to be respectful but also honest. I don t know if this was Ironel s first real estate transaction.

I had four days to spend in Miami looking for a new place (coming in from Nashville, TN). During these four days Ironel was only available 1. He showed me 4 properties, two were in the same building. He had no paperwork or information on any of the properties and barely spoke. Out of the 4, I chose the one I thought was best although I didn t love it and was so disappointed I didn t get to see more of the properties I favorited on their MLS website months prior to my trip. I texted John telling him how upset I am that I m only seeing 4 units while I m here. He responded that seeing any more than that would be overkill.

In the beginning when working with John I told him my two most important needs, a great balcony and that I have a cat.

After submitting an offer and going back and forth with contracts on the unit I chose, I m told the building doesn t allow pets. I spend the next week getting my cat registered as an Emotional Support Animal.

I also asked Ironel if there were any extra fees associated with this unit apart from the security deposit. His response Fees?! No it s just a monthly rent payment. It ended up being an extra $1600 in move in fees for the building.

Cut to two weeks later, my move in date. I arrive at my new place only to discover that my balcony is shut off and has been for 8 months. It s locked from the outside for construction and will be for awhile. So devastating. When viewing this unit the balcony doors WERE locked but we didn t know why. I asked him to ask about the doors and if they work properly or what s going on with them. I was never told I couldn t use my balcony.

This has been the worst experience I ve ever had moving. And I ve moved A LOT.

This is honestly one of the best real estate companies to work with. First off, you start off with everyone in the company not only becoming your trusted "partners in crime" but also family and they treat you like that every step of the way. The tools and training are beyond what any other brokerage will give you as Lifestyle uses a lot of funds to help their realtors progress and make the sale. And lastly, the commission. No other brokerage will start you off with a surprisingly high percentage as much as Lifestyle.

The level of professionalism that Lifestyle brings to the table is like no other. They made me feel very special by making sure my experience in selling my property went extremely smooth. Every time I made a visit to their office I was greeted with a smile and asked if I would like any refreshments and promptly attended to my needs in regards to any information and updates on the process.
I am so impressed that I am writing a separate review on the brokerage itself because of the way they understand the importance on delivering quality service. Great job and I will be making sure everyone I know in need of real estate services to look no further. Lifestyle has got their backs!

I have been with lifestyle for little over a year now and I m so happy I made the switch leaving Keller Williams and joining the lifestyle team. Besides my amazing commission split I was offered. I love the way George the broker always checks up on me and holds me accountable for my actions and my lead engagement. The constant trainings are a huge factor.
