I can't say how disappointed I am with this company, truly, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. This is a Friday, on Monday I will be finding a new hh co for my mother who is in assisted living. Do NOT use this company. The aides and nurses are fine, but the schedulers do not do their job well.

Worst company ever staff is very unorganized, unprofessional I will never work with them ever again. Please don't ever use them as your home health needs staff and nurses don't have a clue what they're doing.

Our family has nothing but good things to say about LifeSpring Home Care. They took wonderful care of my father-n-law in the last weeks of his life. They were professional, caring, gentle and compassionate in all of their services. The licensed and trained professionals evaluated the condition and personal needs of my father-n-law and went far beyond the call of duty . If you are dealing with end of life issues with a loved one, I highly recommend LifeSpring Home Care.

My name is Paige Ferris. I am the RN, Director of Clinical Operations for the Pauls Valley branch of LifeSpring and I absolutely have the best job anyone could ask for. My field staff, office staff, co-workers and supervisors are the best of the best! I have worked for this company for almost 4 years and look forward to many more years.

Worst. Experience. Ever. Complete waste of time and Medicare money. A fraud. I was referred to Life. Spring for home health after a debilitating surgery. A well-spoken and seemingly caring nurse came for the intake. I was told I would get services. A super nice full color laminate spiral binder was left promising: There is no extra mile - no above or beyond. It is just what we do. It is simply who we are. It has been one grueling week post-op, and... NOTHING. I call, and get put on hold. Someone calls back and they don t know hat services I m getting what has the other person told you? I was told by one worker she was going to check with the director. I do t hear back. It s now the weekend. She calls me to ask me what I have found out. Side bar, another professional healthcare worker asked me who my home health company was- I told her Life Spring, she said, OH, I worked for them for TWO WEEKS! I ve been going through the book and nothing is filled out. No messages have been left- nothing. It is now mid-week the following week and there is nothing left to do but file complaints against LIFE SPRING with Medicare. Do NOT trust this company. Do not rely on them. You will be left high and dry, frustrated, debilitated, and in pain.. It s just what they do! . . You could have been getting better and helping provide work for a reputable company.

All of my interactions with this company have been very positive. Everyone has been very nice and caring, and are very competent. I would recommend this company for Home Health Care for a loved one recuperating after a hospital stay and also for Hospice.

Just don't. This company is fraudulent, in my opinion. My husband was referred here for wound care. A nurse came out, made an assessment, made a list of supplies needed and assured me they would be delivered to my house. In the 3 weeks we were with this company, I received nothing. I finally bought bandages, gloves, etc. from the pharmacy, Wal-Mart & online, not knowing what I needed exactly to deal with my husband's various wounds, i.e. skin tears, pressure wounds. The only thing these people did were to take his vitals, which in the 21st century most individuals can do themselves for free. The day I finally gave up on these scam artists I was told the "supplies" were inadvertantly sent to their office. Very convenient that they charged our private insurance company for supplies never used by the patient. I will be reporting this to the insurance company, oig.hhs.gov and the Oklahoma Board of Licensure and Supervision. This company completely wasted my time and now we are back at square one trying to get help.
