I submitted my information and prescription 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my knee brace. I was told it only takes 24 hrs to retrieve medical record and its been almost 24 days!! I will go and get my script tomorrow and never do business with them again !! Poor service !!
Nothing but amazing things to say about this place they have held me numerous times. I am on insured but they still find a way to always make things work. Thank you guys so much

I just called LifeCare Pmarmacy and Medical Supplies to ask about diabetic supplies. I am currently with Southwest Medical pharmacy and home supplies who are decent but don't carry the new Omnipod Dash. I am considering a move to a company that offers the Dash but was told by the lady who answered the phone that this company "does not accept insurance for diabetic supplies". I'm not sure why as she was short with me when I questioned why and I simply said thanks and hung up. Guess their business is so good they don't need new customers.....
I love this place. My neighbor used to use them bi-weekly. She says she likes them. I easily transferred my mom's prescriptions from Walgreens. Hated Walgreens.
These guys deliver. The driver & i communicate via text/call regarding delivery times.
They lost my prescription and won't take fault. This place is a joke, one person says one thing while another says a different thing. They lost my business. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
I have always had great experiences here. The staff has been friendly and very helpful. I keep it pretty simple just drop off and pick up my prescriptions. I will continue to come here much better then waiting in a long line somewhere else.
