I am so unhappy with this company. My husband was to have been transported from the hospital to the rehab center at 5:00 pm. Then it was 8:30 pm. I got a call from the hospital at 10:45 pm that they were just coming now. A 77 year old man recovering from hip surgery and in constant pain had to wait hours and now won t be settled into his bed at the rehab center until midnight. Talk about incredibly poor customer service and lack of compassion. What if this was their husband or father? Terrible, terrible experience and they ought to be ashamed.

Trucks that catch fire during patient transport. Employee that don't practice basic PPE precautions. Under the old management and owners. Recently purchased by Priority Ambulance from Knoxville Tennessee so I am uncertain of new company policies. Hoping it's for the betterment of the business.
Would give zero stars if possible, they abuse employees, break their own policies and OSHA as well. They frequently and regularly put employees in dangerous positions that regularly result in injuries. Do not ever give them service.
My mom is in the last days of her battle with cancer, and needed to go to see her doctor, but any effort we made to help move her caused her agony. We set up with Lifecare thinking it would be an easier trip for her... And we could not have been happier with the results. They arrived right on time, even though I had called and asked to move up the appointed time only a few hours beforehand. Elizabeth and her partner (whose name I forgot to write down, sorry!) were the first people who had touched my mom in a week who did not cause her pain. They got her out of the house and to the hospital comfortably, even dealing with stairs, and were the pinnacle of friendliness and professionalism the whole time. I thought the return trip was going to be a nightmare of coordination, but Lifecare's office folks made it easy, and Tracy and Tom exceeded all expectations as well. Not only was the ride again pain free, but Tom actually made my mom laugh for the first time in quite a while, and Tracy offered some advice to my brother and I on how to help move and care for my mom that was far more helpful than even what the in home nurses had been able to offer. I am simply moved to tears by how wonderful and helpful these folks were, and I cannot recommend them enough.
Allen and Trevor did a great job with family transport of a family member and Allen was a great driver and Trevor a great emt very friendly and helpful and handling our transports well
Horrible service! This company is hired by the Health and Rehab center my brother resides in. Have already had a few issues, but today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Never on time, bruised his arm last time and today was to transport for chemo and radiation. Appointment was at 8 am, Rehab had confirmation of a 6:55 am pick up ,at 8:15 still hadn't arrived, called Rehab center and they had just arrived there to pick him up. He will need to be transported for the next 6 weeks, 5 days a week for treatment. What am I suppose to do? I can't transport him he has no use on his left side.
Absolutely horrible. My grandmother required medical transport to a hospital in DC from Virginia due to her condition deteriorating after an emergency surgery while visiting family here. After calling for two days, Lifecare promised to send us transport Sunday morning. After getting conflicting messages about insurance and payment, they told us the next transport would be available within a few hours. That became by end of day yesterday. By the end of the day they had no vehicles and essentially wasted our time instead of being upfront about their inability to carry out the transport. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your needs, especially if it is serious.
Do Not ever use this service. They are insensitive to the patients they deliver & to your home. They did physical damage & I had to threaten to take them to court to get them to pay.
Over the past several years LifeCare Medical Transport has provided outstanding transport and care for my wife Rosemarie. Due to very advanced Parkinsons Disease, she must be transported to Hospital Emergency Room for IV insert (severe dehydration and UTI). In the past 3 Home Health Nurses and 3 ER Nurses have been unable to perform this due to condition of her veins. At the point only one person in the ER has been able to perform this insert. On 1 November the LifeCare Team (Casey Diemel an Josh Gibson) were assigned to provide this transport. During the pre-transport discussion with team they were informed of Rosemarie s condition. Casey advised he has had considerable experience in this procedure, After the usual careful transport to the ER, we were advised the person who usually takes care of Rosemarie was not on duty. Again the ER nurse tried to do insert with no success. Casey on his own after the transport decided to stay a little longer in ER room. At this point he offered to assist the nurse with the insert procedure, who readily accepted. Under his direct guidance the ER Nurse was able to complete the insert. We know this may sound unimportant, but considering the condition of my wife, the importance of getting this IV started cannot be overstated. Our family sincerely want to thank Casey for his care and personal initiative to help in the task The stress level in the Greene family was greatly reduced believe me!
I was transported last night and the staff were very pleasant and did their best but it was an awful trip. The ambulance was creaky and had a bumpy ride. They could not give me any pain medication, even Tylenol, even though I had fractured femur and was in a lot of pain. I could not even get a sip of water over a 90 minute ride. Also they did not check any vital signs during the trip. I don t know if they have any equipment if something goes wrong. I do not want to use them again.
