Lifecare Dental Review

I have been going to Lifecare Dental on and off for about 7 years and each time I've been very happy with the results. My recent treatment with Alex Negoescu was the best I've ever had from a dentist - personal, professional and thorough and I felt throughout my treatment that I was in good hands. It was a good feeling to leave my appointments feeling valued and not dreading my next visit. I also love that they are open from 8am to 8pm every day. I wouldn't ever want to go anywhere else.

I have been going to Lifecare for the last 2 years and really like the staff here. The receptionists are always friendly and accommodating, and the dentists always do everything they can to make you feel the most comfortable

My family and I have been visiting Alex and his team at LifeCare Dental since the early 1990s. Their dental work is always thorough and we are grateful to be looked after by them. It is always a comfortable and pleasant experience when we visit LifeCare Dental. Our regular 6-monthly checkups with them has meant than no one in my family has needed any major dental procedures. Highly recommended!

After finally overcoming my fear of dentists and putting off the inevitable and after extensive research on dental clinics I opted for Lifecare Dental Wellington Street Perth. Best decision and best choice. Dr Su Lin is excellent, friendly, confident and very skilled. I had a filling done within minutes, the most painless injection, and she fully informed me in regard to my dental plan and discussed relevant health insurance so that I would not incur exorbitant costs.

I am very happy with the service and expertise as well as the professionalism of Dr Lim and her team at Lifecare. I am feeling very relaxed and extremely positive about having a healthy and happy dental life.

Exceptionally happy with the dental service - they got so much done in so little time, for a brilliant price that just shows how much other services plump their bills. 100% would recommend. However, BE CAREFUL to pay upfront if getting sedated. I got quoted one thing and charged another, with no written explanation for the discrepancy.

Had my first visit to Lifecare Dental at the Perth train station on Thursday 15th October. Very impressed with the dentist, the reception staff and the prices. Excellent service and I would highly recommend to others.

Very prompt and friendly staff, in person and on the phone. I feel at ease with Dr Alex and all staff, i have great trust in his/their ability.

On June 26th 2015, my 7yr old son had a terrible accident on the trampoline that resulted in one of his front adult teeth being ripped from the socket, fractured the gum and also ripped the gum open.
We went to LifeCare Dental Perth and the dentist, Dr Bayan Habibi, was AMAZING!! My son is PHOBIC about needles and until 2 weeks ago, he didn't even know he'd had them!! THAT is how good Dr Bayan is.
We continue to see him for my son's treatment and he is now our family dentist for the future.
Since going to LifeCare I have discovered quite a few friends also see dentists there and swear by their service.

Can't rate LifeCare Dental high enough. The reception staff and Dr Ashley Foo, whom I saw for an emergency tooth extraction last week, were so friendly, professional and extremely accommodating to my personal needs, especially with affordability. I have avoided dentists for years (terrified of them) but these guys completely changed my view on "going to the dentist". The customer service they provide is so refreshing, it makes such a massive difference to an experience just by being amongst caring, understanding people when receiving health care. I will be making this my regular clinic as i never want to suffer through another toothache ever again haha. Keep up the amazing work x

I had an emergency appointment to fill a broken tooth, I m very nervous, the Dentist made me so comfortable, the Dental nurse was great, I had No pain, during or after, 45 min in the chair, best experience at a surgery I ve ever had.
And they have zip pay. Life saver!

Professional and painless experience. I went in with numerous problems with my teeth. Found out I needed to have all my wisdom teeth extracted as well as an extra tooth. I also needed 5 fillings. The dentist Saket, was very professional in explaining the processes and maintaining.
For the things that needed to be done, I was surprised on how painless it was and healed up pretty quickly. during and after was smooth.
As for the pricing, I found quite reasonable compared to other dentists. I wished that LifecareDental had a flexible payment option as I was tight on funds on at the time. luckily I had my health insurance and enough funds in my shared account with my wife. It has to be paid then and there.
Other than that, the convenience of location and opening hours was very helpful, as you can book in a time that suited you before or straight after work.

Fantastic Dental service. On time, and was able to complete root canal work on my sore tooth, efficiently and for a realistic price....on a Sunday afternoon Will return when my existing Dentist retires on a full time basis.Excellent.

Really friendly service from all and a very thorough check up - was really impressed with how informative my dentist was ensuring I knew what was needed for healthy dental maintenance! I don't think I am alone when I say a lot of us need a refresher on best practices from time to time!

Got my wisdom teeth extracted under oral sedation by Dr. Justin. There was no swelling at all and got the stitches out the week after! Dr. Justin did an amazing job and provided very useful information that allowed me to make decisions on what's best for my oral health. Thanks Justin :)

Also, the nurse Crystal was sooo very friendly too and was able to help me feel less anxious before my wisdom teeth removal!

Abi and Dr Rainer have been beyond incredible. I was fearful of going to the dentist after not going for mant many year, and because I knew I needed multiple fillings.

They have been kind, understanding and compassionate through the whole process. They approach everything at a pace that works for me and are understanding of my worries.

They have made getting multiple fillings in one session pain free. If you need a dentist, I can not recommend them enough.

Dr. Negar Darabi is THE best . I am a very anxious senior who has had a life long fear of dentists .. that's until I had extensive treatment by Dr. Negar . She is so sensitive and gentle and very patient . Her work is faultless . I am so happy with my smile now . In my eyes she's a miracle worker .

Very happy with the care I have received From Dr. Ealin Lee, I've had to get a bit of work done and can say I'm pretty terrified of it all and get very anxious, but she's been very caring, considerate and professional, kindly offering her number to contact me at anytime if I have any questions or issues. I joined Lifecare for dental work and had two days of treatment, I was very happy with the dentist that worked on me and am returning in two weeks time for further work.

My dentist, Ealin Lee helped me with the problem i had. But what i really liked about her is how she interacted profesionally, she spoke with care, empathy and straight forward. She gave wide options without pressuring me. I got recommendations on what i need to do next, education after the dental surgery, and even a follow-up call to make sure i have done the post-op care and my current status. I am really satisfied with the service. I recommend LifeCare Dental +++, service and affordability..

Dr Mariano is excellent. Knows her stuff. Has excellent patient bedside manner, is very reassuring and knows how to put you at ease and bends over backwards to accommodate your individual situation. Would highly recommend her clinic. All her support staff were great as well.

I have been attending Lifecare dental for many yrs.Never fun going to the dentist and have had some traumatic procedures over the years.Have always been treated as a human and supported all the way.Would recommend this practice to anyone.Well done to all the dentists that have done their best with my dodgy set of fangs.

Once I had to visit this place unfortunately, I had a bad toothache and I saw a lady Dr. I don't want to say her name, because they have warned me that they will proceed legally if I say her name here, and i don't think I will be able to compete with this corporate. That lady Dentist said I got to have root canal done as soon as possible, but I never thought that was that bad. And she was so keen to do x-rays on me without saying about the expense, and she insisted me to have antibiotics, I had to pay 250 AUD within 15 minutes and still I don't know what for.I said to her that I didn't want root canal be done and I wanted second opinion. When I consulted my local Dentist he said filling is enough for now he didn't even ask for the x-rays. He said that filling will be enough for another a year or two and I don't have to worry about the Root canal or anything until then. When I phoned Lifecare Dental to find out what happened, another lady Dentist attended the phone had a harsh conversation with me, she said I really needed Root canal and that filling wouldn't do anything. She said I certainly will experience pain in 2 weeks and now it is about more than 3 months and I never ever ever ever ever experienced pain from that filling area. Whom I should blame my friends. Please don't even dare to go there please don't make them to take your money. If you have excess money please spend them somewhere else, not here. Bad staff approach.

We've been working with Lifecare Dental for a while now and I can honestly say that they operate one of the most professional dental clinics in the Perth area. Hi, I made an appointment with LifeCare Dental because I wanted a second opinion. My dentist is now Trishin and he suggested I have a tooth implant rather than a double crown. I has a tumor on my gum which complicated things. I was kept informed at all stages with photos and xrays. I had my new tooth fitted today and I am very happy with the results.

Highly recommended! I've been scared to go to the dentist for over 10 years and finally decided to go to Lifecare Dental after seeing all their great reviews, and I'm so glad I did! The dentists and the team in Perth CBD were very friendly, knowledgable, and eased my nervousness and anxiety that I was feeling. I got my 2 wisdom teeth taken out and my dentist made sure it was a painless and comfortable experience, and for this, I am very thankful, and wasn't scared to come back.

They have a convenient chat function on their website where you can immediately chat to a consultant or dentist which was handy for me when I wanted to know about their prices. In addition, I was able to make same day appointments every time I called! Their prices are great and they also have payment plans options if needed. They also pay for your city parking fares for every appointment you have with them!

Diffy has gone above and beyond for my teeth after a bad bike accident. She's followed up often and feel that I'm in good care under her watch. The other staff I have dealt with have been lovely. Highly recommend Diffy and her team.

Fantastic. Took my 1 yr old here who had knocked a tooth out of alignment and the dentist was excellent. So knowledgeable and understanding, answered all my questions and was very gentle and patient with my son. They are also open on Sundays!

Had a bad experience with a different dentist in UK, all faith installed back into dentists after visiting Lifecare Dr Karun. Came in with a toothache and it was so painful! I was assigned Dr Su Lin. She informed me of my problem and quickly and clearly walked me through treatment options. She extracted my tooth and put in an implant straight away!
As painless as it can be. I ve had implants at another clinic, now that I can clearly compare, I can say that I ve made the right choice to move to LifeCare. New tooth, New Dentist :) if ur reading this Dr Su Lin, see you soon for a clean!

Friendly staff and amazing dentists. I saw Laith Aswad who was caring and extremely thorough - I would highly recommend.

Great service from Diffy. She's has been very helpful from start to finish and she always welcome you with a smile.
I really appreciated her communication in or outside of appointment, always letting me know what was happening next.
Thumbs up to her nurses too.

I went here eight years ago and the dentist told me I needed 17 fillings. It made me too scared to go to a dentist again because it would cost so much and also I wasn't in any pain. I finally got the courage to visit another dentist last week and my teeth are absolutely fine, I don't need a single filling. What the heck?

Also, reading through the reviews makes me suspicious. Particularly all the five star ones that have popped up since I posted this. Have that many people felt inclined to post a five star review in two weeks? Of a dentist? Delve a little deeper and find others with a similar experience to mine - being told they need a heck of a lot more dental work than other dentists. Seek a second opinion.

I am a very nervous patient but had a very good experience at Lifecare dentist in Kingsley. Highly recommend them.

My second experience here was an emergency tooth extraction. The dentist and his assistant were really careful and empathetic to my situation. They talked me through each step of the way. The dentists bedside manner was second to none and his skill speaks for itself. The extraction was completely painless and the work so carefully done that I was medication and pain free by the next morning. The follow-up call from the dental practice was a nice touch and they were happy to answer follow-up care questions. A follow-up appointment to take the stitches out was again a pain and discomfort free experience. Well done to the team!

I would never go anywhere else after going to LifeCare! My dentist Justin explains everything very clearly and actually listens to concerns I have and answers all my questions. I truly recommend LifeCare if you are looking for a new dentist.

I was quite worried about having to find a new dentist when I moved to Perth to study. Trishin and the staff at lifecare dental however made me feel right at home on my first visit and have done a fantastic job of looking after me over the last 5 years. The rapport and professionalism that Trishin shows is second to none. I recently had some fillings and whitening done to my front teeth and I am thrilled with how good my smile looks. I highly recommend this place.

After avoiding the dentist for about 6 years I went and saw Dr Milena and have nothing but good things to say. She sorted me out with a few fillings, new retainers after having braces years ago and removed four wisdom teeth in the chair (during which I just laid back, relaxed and watched the TV on the roof).

Very thorough and skilled and explained everything to me, so not once have I felt the slightest bit uncomfortable. The entire team at LifeCare dental are very professional and will do their best to give you the best experience possible.

Dentist left a cotton swab in my tooth. It was found festering there years later. More concerned about money than doing a good job. Not even sure I even needed a filling in the first place.

I used to be very fearful of dentists but since attending Life Care Dental I look forward to going to the Dentist & have total faith in Silvio Lemut & his assistant Corona , they always make me comfortable & explain every process so I understand what's going to take place before starting any work on my teeth , I highly recommend Silvio & Corona to anyone with a fear of the Dentist , you will leave feeling happy & will be happy to return

I had a Wisdom tooth being removed with Dr IDA . Wow, Dr IDA was really the best DR I had have ever come across in my entire life. She was friendly and polite in explaining the procedures and how it would cost you. Good service with reasonable price. I like the fact that there was NO pain while my tooth being pulled out. Amazing!!!! Very good job and great service. Definitely I would recommend to somebody.

Lifecare dental have managed my treatment for several years now. I have full trust in the team for my future dental health. They are always professional and provide a plan for future work without being overbearing.

Please do not believe some of the very negative comments written on here. I wouldn't be surprised if they were written by some of the nut cases you see all over the Perth CBD.

From my experience LifeCare is a large, well run dental surgery with competent and proffesional dentists. I had several fillings done and I was well looked after. They didn't try to make me feel insecure to upsell me on cosmetic treatments - unlike other dentists.

The rebates offered here from private health funds are much higher than average. It's one of the advantages of going to a big surgery where they make agreements with the major private health funds.

I highly recommend Jordan if you are looking for a new dentist.

Service was very quick and professional so friendly. I went in for a wisdom extraction with the one next to it out as well as a infection had formed! I was super worried as time frame for work and other things and I wasn t able to be put to sleep like I wanted. I could only take the tablet! But all in all they did amazing and am feeling half the pain I did the next day. Thank you

I have visited Dr Michiel de Beer twice now for regular check ups after an extended period of neglecting dental work and he has been very helpful, accommodating, and professional. Friendly demeanour and does not push unnecessary treatment when I enquired about some optional work. Highly recommend this dentist

Great experience at LifeCare Dental.Not a big fan of getting dental treatment done on myself especially extractions, however the LifeCare staff and Dentists made it as pleasant as possible for me.Right from the friendly staff at the reception to the dental nurses and the Dentists made me feel comfortable about the wisdom tooth extraction.
