Once I had to visit this place unfortunately, I had a bad toothache and I saw a lady Dr. I don't want to say her name, because they have warned me that they will proceed legally if I say her name here, and i don't think I will be able to compete with this corporate. That lady Dentist said I got to have root canal done as soon as possible, but I never thought that was that bad. And she was so keen to do x-rays on me without saying about the expense, and she insisted me to have antibiotics, I had to pay 250 AUD within 15 minutes and still I don't know what for.I said to her that I didn't want root canal be done and I wanted second opinion. When I consulted my local Dentist he said filling is enough for now he didn't even ask for the x-rays. He said that filling will be enough for another a year or two and I don't have to worry about the Root canal or anything until then. When I phoned Lifecare Dental to find out what happened, another lady Dentist attended the phone had a harsh conversation with me, she said I really needed Root canal and that filling wouldn't do anything. She said I certainly will experience pain in 2 weeks and now it is about more than 3 months and I never ever ever ever ever experienced pain from that filling area. Whom I should blame my friends. Please don't even dare to go there please don't make them to take your money. If you have excess money please spend them somewhere else, not here. Bad staff approach.
