My son was admitted to Life Flora Hospital. The staff in the trauma unit are exceptional and go out of their way to make both the patient and parents feel comfortable. Thank you , Hailey, Lele and Mashudu for going the extra mile. May you be blessed abundantly.

Stay away from this hospital. Trauma nurses entirely inadequate. Staff and services are slow slow slow. Nurses in Trauma/ER very unfriendly, non-caring, and even unmannered. Services at this clinic third world and a shocking experience awaits one when you count on professional help.

I haven't stayed at a government hospital recently only as a child ..but I visit family there sometimes, and my stay at Flora clinic this time felt like I was staying at a government hospital...the nurse talks loud in corridors and at work stations. The catering chef must be fired..he or she doesnt know how to cook.food is tasteless..you can put in a complaint every year ..and once a year when I'm here for teatmem Me same old boring tasteless menu....I wish my drs worked at different hospitals as well..its a pity I really dont come here anymore ...I think its timec to tranfer out next time ..the only disadvantevis finding new doctors and transferring my files ...

My father passed away at this hospital on the 15th of November 2019. We were told 'that's life', by the surgeon. Told that he is broken glass, and could not have been fixed. But the day before that, no one told how serious he was. He was only in high care not ICU or on monitors. I had to ask for him to get painkillers before I left on the Thursday night. Absolutely shocking.

My fiance has gone in today and was advised that they are sending him for an MRI scan and that he would need to spend the night to be monitored. The scan was done just before 4PM. It is now 10:18PM and he has been waiting ever since to get a bed for the nights stay as recommended by the doctor. Don't they check this before they tell you to waste 6 hours of your eveing before you can rest you sick body that needs to be monitored? Really pathetic service and then you still need to ask for a pillow and blanket to get comfortable while you wait for them to get their arrangemnets right. Might as well have taken him to a public hospital, might have even gotten better service there, shockingly.

Disappointing hospital policy with regards to visi...

Disappointing hospital policy with regards to visiting hours and system. They apparently only allow parents and siblings into the maternity ward. However, no identification is required. Therefore, I was a witness to "6 siblings of the baby and 2 mother in laws of the mum ". But I was barred due to being there to help with feeding. Rude nurse and guard who don't know their own rules and policies.
