I have been with Life Care Center of Medina for 7 years. In that time I have had the pleasure of working with a compassionate and caring staff that go above and beyond to assure our residents and their families needs and goals are met.
Our therapy team provides individualized care focusing on a safe and successful transition home, offering outpatient therapy to assure continuity of care.
Our long term residents are what make Life Care Center of Medina a family. I have been blessed to be a part of this family and look forward to many more years!

Life Care Center of Medina has been great from the beginning through admission and beyond. The day to day and ongoing care for my mother has been attentive and caring. The facility may be an older one however it's well-maintained. Great efforts are made to keep the residence active and interactive through entertainment and planned events.The residents are the priority however family and friends are made to feel very welcome whenever they are in. Meals may be enjoyed for a low-cost to family and friends with their loved one and are really quite delicious. We have used other facilities and took great pains when choosing the one where my mother was to stay for long-term care. We are very happy with our choice. If you are seeking a place for your family member long-term or rehab I suggest meeting with somebody from Life Care Center of Medina to see if this is a place for you.

I have twice been at Life Care Center of Medina in physical therapy and have emerged successfully both times. Currently, my wife is a resident in the memory care unit and I spend almost every day with her. And therefore have a very thorough view of the memory care operation. Although nothing is perfect, the efforts of the staff in both physical therapy and memory care have been very good. I recommend this facility.

I am not in need of Life Care's services yet, but every so often they offer a meal to the seniors of the area, and I have taken part twice. Once in December I received a delicious pre-Christmas meal and just today i was treated to fish with mac and cheese, cole slaw and an extremely tasty brownie. I am sure the meals they serve to their residents are just as yummy. I get the impression that the facility is as close to home as anyone could want. Thank you Life Care.

My Mother had a few caregivers that took care of her, how ever they were understaffed and she did not receive the treatment she really needed, very dissatisfied

Had a close friend stay here for a bit. Some of the staff were just wonderful but the management seemed very poor. Observed a housekeeper go into a room and play on his phone. Very understaffed so care was limited.

I have worked for Life Care Centers of America for 22 years. I have recently been working in the Medina building! I have been very impressed with the compassionate staff, the great activities and the wonderful outcomes for our residents! I have also found the surroundings beautiful. I love the drive here and the people of this community are great.

My Father Recently Was A Patient At Life Care Center Of Medina.
His Stay There Was For 27 Days For Rehab . The Facility Is Very Nice. The Staff is very warm and friendly. The Aides ,Nurses, Therapists, Dietary Staff, and Activity girls are wonderful. The Therapy Department Did A Wonderful Job With My Father getting him back To A Normal Life Again. Back On His feet walking and getting his strength back with his everyday activities of daily living. His transportation to dialysis weekly with a wonderful staff member and bus driver named Barb .She sure made his travels to the center enjoyable and his days brighter. Everyone was so welcoming and we cant forget the friendly receptionist's at the front door that greet you. Our Experience there was wonderful and we are beyond grateful for the great care he received.

I need to place my family member into the memory unit in an emergency situation. The staff were the best one could ever ask for. From the time we came to drop off our family member, Megan, Stephanie, Matt were all very compassionate and caring. I have heard a lot of positive comments about this facility and I know my brother is in great hands. Thanks you Lifecare of Medina!

Not enough staff. My poor mother wet her pants countless times and had to wait 30+ minutes for anyone to come after having to go ask for help. They do not pay attention to call lights and do not care
