this people were very rude, they kept calling me confusing me with another person trying to get me to say that I am somebody else. they are just trying to match last names with phone numbers and calling randomly to see if they can get somebody to say you owe a lien on some property that you're might not even be aware of or know about.
The representative who call me supposedly also the "supervisor," was highly unprofessional and incredibly rude by hanging up the call, misleading, harassing to try to collect debt. Absolutely, report to BBS. If they call you have them give you their information and call reference number.
This company is super shady and a fraud. I am reporting them to the BBB and consumer affairs. The lady Veronica is extremely rude and unprofessional and apparently they have no supervisor working there. What kind of company doesn't have a supervisor? I believe them to be unethical and a scam.
They claimed to have attempted to contact me multiple times since 2019 regarding my debt because my card had apparently expired. Well, no they didn't because I had no missed calls, no voicemails, nothing received in the mail and no text messages regarding the matter. Instead, they intentionally waited it out until my payment plan contract was broken therefore forcing me to pay almost 1k in debt at once in the middle of a pandemic while I do not have a job. They literally waited an entire 2 years intentionally in order for the contract to break. Not to mention the fellow who thought he was so tough on the phone because he said he would stay on hold while I call my bank to confirm it was even legitimate since they waited years to reach out to me. Basically started trying to act all tough and verbally harass me trying to point a finger as if I were trying to avoid a company who purposely avoided me for two whole years in order to force me to pay the whole debt at once.(I've been advised to potentially create a law suit) Did I forget to mention that the process is the cops steal (impound) your vehicle and then once you're locked or have no means to retrieve the vehicle they then sell it, deduct the difference from what you purchased it for, then pass your debt to scam artist Lien Enforcement who then continually harasses you for money that you now owe because they possessed your vehicle and sold it. This company already has numerous reviews along with Frank Scotto Towing Company in regards to how they conduct shady, scandalous business (if you'd even consider that business at this rate anymore). In my honest opinion this company needs a legal check because the way they conduct business is not proper and possibly borderline illegal in some circumstances.
This number has called and threatened me verbally. Threat of physical harm to my self and family members. I ve reported this to the police and BBB and seriously fear for my well-being. They threatened violent crimes against me over the phone several times. They never say who they are or why they are calling.
This company is fraud to its core and threatens people with violence over the phone.
This a is fraud company trying to get money by steeling information and extortion public . Must immediately inform police of SFPD and BBB.

These people are a bunch of scam artists trying to take money from anyone they can. A vehicle I owned previously and sold was towed due to an accident. They sent a letter to me stating they wanted payment for the tow. I tried to explain that the vehicle is no longer in my possession and asked where I can send the DMV records showing that it was no longer my property. They said either pay up or hang up and did not care about any facts. Stay away from these people and report them to the BBB.
