Lida vets Review

I will NOT be recommending Lida vets to anyone I know. Sloppy administration and false advertisement on their webpage. Do not go here as it is an absolute waste of your time.

Our labrador has had a few major surgeries & the guys at Lida have always been excellent. Ilan is so reassuring and caring that your pet will be in the best hands here

I have been with Lida Vets for nearly 20 years doing a 50 mile round trip, I went their originally with a cat that couldn't retain her litter of kittens, they did everything they could for her but the vet I was using had missed an infection which caused her to keep loosing them, from that moment on I realised that this was the right veterinary practice for me, as a pedigree Birman breeder it is important to me to have the support of loving and caring vets which Josh and all his staff have given to me over the years, I cannot speak highly enough of them.

A clean and efficient veterinary practice. Really helpful and compassionate staff. All you could possibly want from a vet.

We moved our beloved dog to Lida Vets after a lacking diagnosis from another vet but we truly regret not knowing about Lida before. Ilan was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional! Our dog has sadly passed away but should we have another one in the future, we will most definitely come and visit Lida/ Ilan again.

Our lovely girl lola would not be here today if it were not for all the dedicated staff at Lida Vets. Josh Lida making a life changing decision. She has now fully recovered and is back to how she was before she came down with a life threatening condition. THANKS AGAIN *******

Always wonderful with our various animals. Reception staff are very helpful and welcoming. The vets are amazing and have the utmost respect and care for our pets beyond expectation. Overall wouldnt recommend anywhere else

Very professional and friendly. One of my cats had 3 teeth out and Hannah performed the operation. She has a wonderful way with animals. Any advice you need they are always happy to help and if it involves money they always discuss costs and alternatives if any. Highly recommend this place.

I take my dog here the vets are very caring and they keep you up to date if your pet has to stay overnight.

Lida vets are the best. We have used them since 2006 and the service is fantastic.
They realy care about amimals and thier welfare.

Amazing vet service! Amazing, empathic vets. I would definitely recommend. Reception staff are lovely and nursing staff are all one in a million! Your animals are in safe hands at Lida vets. Do not currently offer a out of hours service unfortunately but that is the only down side. Everyone who works there is Incredible. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

COVID 19 response.

Went to pick up medicine, doors were locked. Receptionist could barely be bothered to walk to the door but when did shooed me away with gestures over and over again until I stood behind yellow tape on the floor and only at 3 metres away was she then to open the door to ask what I wanted. Then locked the door and collected my medicine and with me still standing 3 metres away from the door placed the medicine on a small table outside. Way over the top exaggerated social distancing measures and no signage about it. Was also not told over the phone about their new Plague procedures.

We have used Lida Vets for a couple of years and they are fantastic. Our cat got into a fight over Christmas and deteriorated quickly, they took incredible care of him and kept us informed (even phoning us at 9.30pm with an update which meant that we could all sleep better). Could not recommend highly enough.

Brilliant staff customer relations, all staff care so very much for your pets. They will always do what they can to help you in any way. We have been with Lida vets now for about 10 years,And wouldn't be without them. We have advised friends and family to join Lida and they have and are all very happy with LIDA VETS.
