Being able to be in the heated pool and begin Silver Sneaker exercises gives me hope for getting and staying healthy

Open swim was great. Water was warm. Few people in pool. Only complaint is not being able to go on your time, you have to pre register.

I love the Y here in Newark. The equipment and facilities are well kept, there are lots of things to do, the staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

Good food here like it a lot. Pretty good service also.

Great facility with basketball courts, well equipped fitness area and pools.

We love the YMCA. Always nice employees and a clean place to go.

The staff are great. Instructors are knowledgeable. COVID guidelines are are enforced. The website and app could be much better. Both are user-friendly but many of the classes and other options aren't listed.

You really can't go wrong at the Ymca. They have everything you would ever need and more. Currently our kids are in gymnastics and we may be using the outdoor poor this summer. So even if you don't workout here there are so many things you can do here.
