The room itself was great from the location. However, the walk on the first floor was pretty worn. The carpet was frayed in many places. The bathroom was horrible. Modern face and then but rotten or moldy joints and silicone. The faucet at the sink much too close to the edge of the pool, so that when washing the entire washstand is under water. The air conditioning is very loud, only good, that in October no longer needs. At breakfast there was nothing to complain about except for the drinks: soluble coffee and watery orange juice.

Nice hotel, great views, clean and nice rooms decorated like a cabin, nice restaurant with a lovely terrace, fine food and excellent and very friendly staff.
Special praise to Mrs. Svetlana at the bar and the entire lao reception and Mr. Boris.
We really rested and the time spent with these people was extremely enjoyable.
We felt welcome, comfortable and at home.
We are definitely coming again!

The hotel in general is very good. But the view of the sea, breakfast and dinners stand out. The possibility of hiring half board is perfect. The variety of dishes is incredible.
Its pools are wonderful the deck and the beachfront is really a luxury

Had actually booked another hotel, but it was still closed and we were referred to the Admiral, everything was great and then yesterday the ZDF broadcast Bares for Rares, star of this broadcast Alexander Schnabel from Frankfurt, even the management hadn't counted on this star in theirs To have at home as a guest.

Unfortunately, in the hotel three of us for a week only at expense of the largest possible whimsy cosmetics brought around, as regards the service, the food, the cleanliness and the management management. The food and the presentation of the same does not correspond to a four star hotel. At the time of our presence there was more the impression of a retired old people's home, which should mean nothing against seniors, especially since I myself fall into this category, but the staff also had the charisma of the relevant overburdened nursing staff. I do not want to start from the disgusting annoying pigeons for breakfast. However, a plus: the wine was good and for 170 (: 7) not overpriced.

Isn't worth your money - regardless of the sea view:

- they charge about 13 eur/day additionally for the parking spot, although they have their own huge garage (nice profit model, though)
- food variety is decent, but the quality below average (cheap ingredients mostly)
- room had various defects (one day without hot water, air conditioning not working, furniture damaged in places, clogged drains, etc.)
- Turkish bath/sauna smelled like feet
- Finnish sauna unprepared, dusty smell
- Inner pool without any view, cold water, small
- marina below the hotel means local workers shouting, cursing and banging on things in most early mornings.

In short - would not recommend.

don't understand the good recessions at all! were extremely disappointed - there was no parking space for us (although one would have been allowed to) and it was rude that we had to park in a public parking lot at our own expense. the room looked nice but was very small and smelled strange musty (I think because the air conditioning was probably not working well and the ventilation in the bathroom never worked). The view of the sea was nice but it was also rather noisy (in front of the promenade and above the restaurant). the food was mediocre in no case 4 star level !! pool was very sterile and uninviting, staff was also not very warm ... would not recommend this hotel, especially for this price!

Great location right next to beach/promenade. Modern, nice and clean hotel/rooms, realy comfortable bed. Food (breakfast) was outstanding. Stuff was kind.
Inside and outside pools are nice/well equiped, but both with salt watter - burned the eyes even more than swimming in the sea.

The hotel is nice and modern. The rooms are also clean and modern but in some funktzuniert the air conditioning was not right. As you can just the nice staff at the front desk to ask for a new room, they gave us 3 times without saying what the room gewachsselt. There is not enough parking for the guests and if you find one it is difficult to park because the parking spaces are very narrow you can hardly get in and out. At dinner, there are only longer lines at the food and drinking is not included in the price so you have to drink from the expensive menu from the hotel. At breakfast there is drink. I liked the hotel a bit it was a bit of a problem in the beginning but afterwards it was good and there are many beautiful beaches near the hotel

very nice hotel, clean and pleasant right by the sea, delicious breakfasts and various dinners, the only drawback is the extra paid parking and paid drinks with dinner but this is apparently a standard in Croatia

Room overlooking the marina. Great location, and impeccable cleanliness. Outdoor pool held well with bar. Too bad for the indoor pool to be restored. Friendly staff but only one person for luggage is really poor. Greeting Viktor for assistance and cordiality.

We had booked another hotel on site but unfortunately it was closed. We were rebooked in this hotel without prior agreement. The rooms are small especially the bathroom and the shower (bath tub) very high and narrow. In parts of the room it looks as if it is not yet finished. It is clean but not in all places. The staff was very friendly.

Opatija is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited, and the Admiral offers the most beautiful view of the bay. Excellent food and ambience, friendly staff, excellent pool with heated sea water. All recommendations!

Everything was in order, pure, tasty, lots of choice dinner buffet, very extensive breakfast buffet. Kindness like everywhere in Croatia and Germany where we were, half, half. Rather reticent people, some are really working against their will. The pigeons for breakfast on the terrace are very aggressive and very aggressive.

- only 70 parking spaces, so everything was already full upon arrival. We had to park along the road. The parking tickets for this cost around 20 per day! We couldn't park at the hotel on any day, so every day we paid our blue parking.

-the food was disappointing overall. Weak breakfast with not too much choice and the same every day. Dinner was slow: flat-cooked pasta, food that was already cold, ...
Also very little choice. Despite we had half board, we went out for dinner more than half of the evenings because it was simply not good in the hotel.

-Swimming pool is not very inviting. Not really clean and if you want a lounger, you will have to put your towel around 8 am.

-Room itself is fine, only the bathroom is really tiny. You can hardly get in with 2 people.

-Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, but another part doesn't get a word out.

In short, it could always be worse, but we thought it was absolutely not recommended.

The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. We had booked the Bristol in Lovran which we really appreciate. Unfortunately, we and the Remisens hotel group Corona put a spanner in the works. It is a pity that this hotel has no sea access, because I love to swim in the sea. The food was okay, the rooms clean. I wish the people here that tourism will come back to life soon, because it must be terrifying how many people currently have no or only limited work. Everyone here is very careful to keep their distance and cleanliness is the top priority. Good luck to all of us for the future and to make traveling fun again!

A hotel that has everything for a good rest: right by the sea, with a balcony overlooking the sea and yachts, a sea-water swimming pool, the very center of the city and quiet, good food, garage
Dear but it's worth it!

The hotel is still under renovation; the current SPA and fitness center can not be used. Access to the inner swimming pool with heated seawater is due to construction work in the hotel just past the reception and garage. Dinner is a Russian buffet, cold and warm appetizers of several types, a varied offer of main dishes and salad and confectionery. Parking is provided in the garage for a fee. All rooms have sea views. Personally friendly.

We had originally booked another hotel, this was closed and we ended up at Remisens Admiral. Room very nice and clean. Staff friendly and competent. The balcony door creaked very loudly, we reported this to the front desk and a remedy was immediately taken. Breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful, could be expanded in the evening. 2 underground garages available for an additional charge of 12 per day, it is quite tight here. For the size of the hotel, the pool is unfortunately too small and there is no space. All in all we were happy with the 1 week stay.

My wife and I wanted to spend some quality time before she starts with her job after maternity leave.

The hotel offered relaxing fall program, they pictured very nice spa and pool area, where we could relax and where our 11 months old could play and enjoy.

The reality was completely different and we were shocked. We parked in front of the entrance to unload our luggage. Nobody was there to help, the reception was on the other end, and we had to go and ask where is the ramp for the stroller.

We paid for the superior room. The room was in somewhat renovated part of the hotel, but it was awful. We had no bath robes, no slippers, the wood panels on the furniture were torn off, ripped. Most of the room gave the impression as if it was left as it is midway renovation.

The bathroom was also undone.

The floor of the room were full of dust and the beds were barely made.

There was not a single area where we could play with our toddler, so we mostly stayed in our room. The pool area was dirty, the radiators were rusty. There was only one pool not suitable for our kid and questionable higiene.

We did manage to find a spot in the lobby caffe with some couches and carpets, but this area was rearranged into lobby for some kind of medical conference going there for the weekend which nobody told us about. So we even lost that area to play and have some drinks.

When we had the opportunity to go to saunas, they told us they ran out of bath robes. RAN OUT OF BATH ROBES?! We paid for the spa and everything included, you cannot run out of ROBES!

The sauna area is completely new, but disastrous. The relaxing area is way too hot. The people from the pool are freely allowed to enter, with no sauna culture and dressed in swimsuits. The saunas have no indication of the temperature, there is no relaxing music and the saunas are placed like you are in some kind of exhibition.

The parking spots were supposed to be guaranteed, but there were not any. You could park in a garage but it was 12,50 per day! With very narrow parking spots so that the most spots were vacant because you coud only fit 2 cars in the area ment for 3.

I sincerely DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, especially young family. We are very sorry to have been cheated like this and this hotel is never going to see us again or any of our friend for we will let anyone know how bad, unprofessional and below the price this hotel is.
