Nice hotel with spacious rooms.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms.
Nice staff, especially in the bar, which has a great view of the harbor.
The buffet, breakfast and dinner, was good and sufficient.
The hotel can be easily reached with the city bus, our bus driver informed us in good time when we had to get off.
You are welcome to stay a couple of nights here as there is a lot to see.

Decent rooms with excellent waterside location. However management could be improved. Upon arriving at night we were told we could not have an extra bed for our room because the night porter didn't have the key. Although he was trying his best, ultimately this was down to poor management as he should've had a key.

Much too expensive and if one of the German standart synonymous with too many stars rated ... if not even wheat in wheat glass but only as 0.33 from a better flowerpot then I'm not going there anymore ... Pluspunkt is only the beautiful ambiance

The rooms are modern and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is not enough parking for all guests. The pool is sea water, which is not for everyone. The food (half board) was good and adequate.

It is not worth four stars, the premium double rooms are very small and the bathroom is mini and partly broken faucets and so mounted that the water is not in the pool and everything on top of it is wet. Blanket in the bathroom wet stains, doorsticks no longer beautiful. Bed is ok. All furnished with carpets, the corridors partly dirty carpet and dirty armchairs in the dining room. Staff is okay, food is okay.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are luxuriously furnished and decorated. There were more than enough towels and everything. The food is exquisite and everyone can find something for themselves, and the staff is very friendly and correct. The price of the drink is higher so possibly pay attention to it.

Nice, cozy, clean and fragrant hotel.

Nice, cozy, clean and fragrant hotel.
Rooms nicely furnished, beds large, and comfortable, not too soft. Balcony overlooking the outdoor pool.
The food is delicious, lots to choose from.
The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, especially praise Mr. Domagoj at the reception, and Mr. Denis at the restaurant.
I hope so, see you again soon.

Have stayed here many times over the years while docked in their marina. Marina is lackluster and dingy looking but we like its easy access and barrier wall. Marina staff is knowledgeable and if you tip well they are great help. Hotel is not fully updated or renovated. Indoor pool is dilapidated and very sad. Lots of mold and mildew. Cracked and crumbling tiles. Still lots of cracked and crumbling plaster in several guest areas. Where updated, it's ok. No a/c effect on upper levels, rooms are VERY warm in summer! (They will promise you otherwise). Several emergency exit doors are blocked by furniture to prevent use. Several times we have come upon dog poo in the stair wells. Large breakfast buffet but nothing special about it. Outdoor pool is large but outdated and not in best repair. Staff is lackluster for the most part. Service is tepid.

Excellent hotel for a school trip, not cheap ... Often boys are treated with disdain even if they behave well.
Okay, it's not easy to accommodate a school group of teenagers, but here they have not had any injury.

The location of the hotel is nice especially if your room is facing the sea because the view is very nice. We were lucky enough to be facing the sea and i love it. The food is also great with many selections. You can also easily go for a walk or run if you wish and there are i think around 2 churches that you can reach on foot. Also there are shops as well near it.

Food tasty (great choice). Hotel beautiful (maybe a bit disappointing). The swimming pool needs renovations. The water temperature is a bit lower. The sauna for such a large hotel is relatively small. U

We were rebooked to this hotel without warning. Standing in front of closed doors on the day of arrival and after calling us we were told that we should now go to the Admiral Hotel. When asked, we were told that we had received a message on booking. This was not the case. The reason why no email was written was that it was not possible. Unfortunately, this is pure rubbish.
The hotel has definitely not earned four stars. Small rooms, no nice pool, poor quality of the products at breakfast (swarms of pigeons ate with the hotel guests at breakfast), no access to the sea and not even enough parking spaces for all guests.
Tourist clearance par excellence!
Definitely avoid.
