Wonderful bookshop which is not well known enough....
Wonderful bookshop which is not well known enough. If I had known that F. Holland would be present yesterday I would have gone there to buy his book and have it signed. '

Bookshop of very very provided quality with advice often judicious
Friendly place, and advisers in each area to give you the right information. I love
Take the back exit to avoid the long queues at the checkout
It's not always easy to find your way around this huge library, but you are almost certain to find what you are looking for. Team available and of good advice.
Top bookstore but no organization around covid measures at all. I'm not going back for now.
Great service from the staff from the language section Anissa. Extremely friendly and so professional. Thank you
My favourite bookshop in Brussels, always well stocked with books, toys and comics in French, English, Flemish, German, Italian and Spanish
I just love this place - well equiped, helpful staff, lots of ideas for birthday and other presents, food corner and more ...
A bookstore that advises, specializes, researches with you, gives you its favorites, tells you where to find your happiness and this, for all ages and all tastes, and allows you to eat, browse the books. , find entertaining games and accessories. We would lose ourselves there for hours to enjoy the atmosphere. Book lovers, prepare yourself a maximum budget otherwise you will explode your wallet. A place to recommend, and open on Sundays! :)
Vibrant, colourful lively French language bookshop with range of gifts and even a small supply of books.in other languages.
It is a good place to find books, even texts for those interested in learning the language. And, the puppy is kind too! I recommend going!
Brussels' best. Has also decent english language section
Excellent very complete and well organized bookstore
A place where we would like to stay locked up at night!
Wide choice, attentive and competent sellers Very relaxed atmosphere.
Perfect place to find any kind of book, on any subject. It is impossible to leave the place without at least a book in hands.
The largest selection of books, textbooks, magazines, .... Everyone can choose here.
One of the best bookstores in Brussels if not the best
One of its kind in Brussels: a bookshop and snack-bar. Few Flemish books.
Extraordinary place with a very nice selection of books of all kinds And also a very nice cafeteria
Impossible not to find what you are looking for: everything is there! And if unfortunately, your copy was out of stock, orders arrive within a week. Young and dynamic staff. The boss understood the concept to make the most money: the bookstore offers a cafeteria to read and sip a drink in a lively but pleasant setting.
Let's be clear: It's more expensive than elsewhere, they sell you anything and everything and concerning the children, it's a dalibaba cave which looks nice but nevertheless you must not touch, must not speak, must stay in the row, ... Unpleasant remarks, accusing looks as soon as a child touches something and the worst is the storyteller of Sunday morning who could not stand that a little one under 2 years old could talking (softly, without shouting) while she was reading ... We went over him and me without being able to listen to the end of the story ... If you don't like children then don't try to pretend ...
The reference library in Bxl. Even the F ... Fails to compete
Nice place where it is possible to stroll for hours without seeing the time pass. A bar and some tables offer the opportunity to have a coffee, a tea, even a glass of wine and to nibble a small pastry, a sandwich or sushi if you are rather on the diet ;-)
The choice of books is enormous and, as if that was not enough, several times a week many famous or not known authors come to present their book.
Nice store where we can relax and read the books before buying
Outstanding bookstore. In addition to a rich collection of French-language literature, a large selection of books in English, German, Spanish, Italian and naturally Flemish. Recently I bought great translations of Olga Tokarczuk, Timothy Snyder and Tony Judt.
Great bookstore although a little difficult to move around, and it's not extremely clear what is where. Also, the staff does not seem to be so specialized in their area which is a shame.
Good offer, bad service. Staff unexperienced and not willing to help.
The book exhibition makes it a big store with all that entails.
A magnificent and welcoming library with a bar where you can read while having a good cappuccino. Recommended!
Nice and varied place. Books, board games, comics, mangas, CDs. We find everything. The staff is very friendly
Very large bookstore open all year 7/7. Many book signings and meetings with the authors.
Many choices, very good advice. But be careful not too many places to drink a coffee.
Nice place. The entrance is discreet, but the place is full of books and there is something for everyone. I recommend.
A nice experience and this every day of the year. A great time
Huge selection of books plus fun gadgets/gift ideas
If you're looking for a book in French, good, you came to the right place, if you're looking for a book in English or Dutch, don't bother, there's only a small international section.
For culture and reading enthusiasts, do not go to Brussels without stopping there.
Good service; very helpful staff but a bit crowded.
Can't really do a lot for that aside from expand and remodel.
I bought a gift and they even wrapped it for me.
Will go back for gifts.
Beautiful bookstore, open 7 out of 7, with a very wide selection (not only of books but also `of food, toys, magazines and DVDs). The largest offer is in French, but recently a small offer has been added in Dutch and in foreign languages.
It's really great, you can read anything whenever you want (but not steal it ) for example: I tested there for at least 2 hours to read my favorite manga I love it
But ... too bad they all sell a lot of gadgets that should be at flyn tiger
Very large bookstore. Full of gift ideas. Toys and books for kids.
Very rich choice of books and magazines, with the coffee bar and snacks
Convenient because open Sunday and late in the week. Large choice. Staff sometimes not friendly enough. Price OK. Downside: Not spacious enough
HUGE choice of books. And nice place to walk from books to books
Open 365 days a year, until the evening, this bookstore is essential as its catalog is wide and diverse. You can find everything from children's books to classics in Pleiades. In French and foreign languages, this is Ali Baba's cave and if you can't find your way around, the staff is numerous and competent.
Wonderfull huge shop, u ll find every kind of books and stuff
A lot of books of all kinds. Teaching department very provided, a pleasure
A place to read, nibble, drink a good coffee and chat. Many events and guests of literature. Excellent.
Nice cafe in the shop. Toys for kids and children. A big bookstore. You can come there just to have a pleasure.
Best bookstore to my knowledge. It is better to avoid the hours of pointing to take advantage and set a budget in advance should the wealth of the offer
Large format bookstore where there is a very busy. Tea room and pastry where it is possible to leaf through the books
Nice bookshop which organises cultural events. There are also tables for lunch with sandwiches or quiches.
The best bookstore in Brussels with friendly and smiling staff, even in the shopping rush of the end of the year!
It's really a very nice place, great variety of books, perfect for eating or drinking something !!
I love this bookstore! Already the principle of a place full of books open every day of the year, but above all the diversity of what is offered. Too bad it is so difficult to move in certain alleys: victim of its success!
Weak Dutch towards the customers, but already improved
