They are working on improvements and updating. The main pool could be warmer.
Best thing about it, and why I joined, the kids club. WELL staffed with adults and people who understand kids.
Lots of great programs for all ages. Tons of variety in classes.

Have been attending for a month or so now. Staff is friendly and helpful. Equipment is clean and user-friendly. They could update their equipment and possibly add a squat rack or 2.
Very clean, the staff are friendly, helpful and very courteous. Their preparations and safety procedures have been properly instituted as well as maintained at all times... I highly recommend this site.
Staff is very friendly and helpful! The weights are organized and it is not an intimidating environment for beginners! Very covid friendly! Machines are of great quality and they have benches, incline and decline as well as squat racks. It is a great, great place to spend time at and I will always have fond memories and experiences at this Y.

This gym is relatively nice and fairly clean, the staff is also friendly, however compared to the other YMCA's I have been to it is small and the track is very short. The equipment here is also nice, I believe they even have several Rouge bars.
Liberty YMCA is closed Saturday after 1pm. People who work Saturday and want to lift after they work can not. Sunday Liberty ymca is not even open any hours. If you are a lifter we all know Sunday can be a big day. I know people go to church. But why not open after your time to practice your religion of choice. Also you can not play basketball in the gyms since they been converted to spin and aerobics class. I guess liberty YMCA does not care about kids. Marysville Ymca accommodates all hours 7 days a week and has open gym and pool for kids. Marysville also held the Cavaliers basketball program for the kids while Liberty would rather have spin classes on the basketball court. Liberty is a nice gym but does not have their priorities straight for kids.
With recent changes Liberty YMCA has made, I rate them at 3.8 out of 5. Excellent staff and facility is always nice. Liberty opened up the gym to play basketball by reservation which works well. Still no Sunday hours but two YMCA a short drive away are open. Marysville and Marion open 12-5
