This company gave me the best deal. They also have amazing customer service. They are not pushy and do not call me 24/7 unlike other desperate companies. My rep Chris, was outstanding, professional, always available to talk when i had any questions or concerns and made sure i felt comfortable with my decision and not to mention Marc & Jim are amazing as well. They are a great team and do whatever it takes to make their customers happy and most importantly, feel comfortable. & as they promised my money was directly deposited into my account. I highly recommend them!

Happy returning customer!!! I recently worked with liberty for the second time. As expected, they were on point from start to finish. The initial conversations were comfortable and provided me with more then enough options to satisfy my needs. At no point were they pushy or condescending (as I have experienced with other similar companies). Although the entire team was great, there were a few employees who went above and beyond. Joe was exceptional in all aspects. He picked up any loose ends and put my mind at ease at any point of stress. Also, Marc did an amazing job. Handled all questions in regards to timelines, advances, etc. Extremely professional and punctual. And Jim! The deal could not have been completed without him! From start to finish he was hands on and not for a second did he drop the ball! In situations where others may pass the tedious or more stressful components of the deal to someone else, he stood up and took charge and responsibility! At no point in time did I have any concern or was I nervous, knowing Jim had my back. Anyone working with large amounts of money and ones livelihood there is obviously an elevated level of stress. But with Jim on the team, he was able to minimize this. He made the whole deal more comfortable. Almost as if he was a friend! Thanks Liberty, and hats off to top notch service!

They continue to call and harass me. I have told them to stop calling millions of times. Missed a call, called them back and yelled at them. I hung up on them and then I got 3 random calls instantly after. The BBB complaint has been filed.

These guys are vultures with no sense of respect. Over the last year, Todd Sheldon, a Senior Account Executive, has harrassed me for my business and failed to respect multiple requests not be contacted further. Its pathetic and infuriating. Do not give them your business. You can do better.

I had a great experience they were very professional and took the time to explain to me the process from start to finish as this was my 1st time selling and I got my money direct deposited just as they promised. We have asked these people to stop calling. We have told them they have the wrong number and to leave is alone yet they still call!!!!!! They are a scam! The last interaction was the cashier threatening me telling me I m a lier and so is my daughter. He has done his research and cashed everyone in our households number trying to get us to use our settlement money

I was really in a bad spot; Backed up on bills, and lights got cut off, but Liberty from beginning to end showed compassion and communicated with me and the attorney in a very timely manner.
