Not professional. Take their own sweet time to respond. 80s mentality n work ethics.

very irresponsible issuance company, before i purchase the insurance told me that i can claim if the trip been canceled beyond my control, but when the things happened , they refuse to claim, and the cancellation not under them policy.

Location easy to access by bus and train by Chinatown mrt

Took their own sweet time to follow up on cases. 6 months for them to reply a simple email.... 6 months my dog recover liao

Could have been better if they could improve on their respond time.

Kept calling hot line but no one pick up the phone. Sent an email takes few days to reply. Disappointed !

Before I purchase the travel insurance no one tell me can not claim if can t travel due to virus. After my flight forced to cancelled, they rejected to claim the flight ticket.

Got my car insurance from them, and their service is professional and very helpful!

After calling them 3 times I was told the manager was too busy and would call me in two days time. within 24hrs I was called by someone from Sue & Wong stating Liberty passed them the little fish! How unbelievably unprofessional. The fact they never called back was one thing, passing our company off without even an initial discussion on the potential business was the worst part of all. I would not recommend dealing with this company in any capacity!
