As a CUSTOMER, I must say that Liberty Information Technology is an average company. Their service is mediocre, and their customer support leaves much to be desired. I have had several issues with their products and every time I reach out for help, it takes forever to get a response. Overall, I expected more from Liberty IT.

These guys are a joke. Couldn't provide me with a quote for a new car and wouldn't cancel the policy without their certificate ( with an X through it ) this was provided 1 month late, my fault but 4 phone calls and 4 months later, and a lot of misleading advice. I was still being charged! Apparently because I wanted a refund they just kept my direct debit live. Just wanting out then I was told I had to pay a cancellation fee which was the the equivalent to a months cover! No operators were helpful, in fact one hung up on me. Imagine if you had to make a claim with them! AVOID THESE COWBOYS!
Looks like a good place to work going by the open day I was at. Close to the city centre. Has facilities within it. Staff were very friendly but I found it hard to gage what exactly it's like working in the company. However is one of the main companies in Belfast so could be a good experience.
Great tech and strong on leading the digital transformations within Liberty Mutual. Strong emphasis on supporting everyone in their career aspirations.
I don't think you can just visit here. It's a nice building, but it's somewhere people work, not a tourist destination.
