Excellent place to get loaded. The staff actually treated me like a human being, and they were quick to start loading me. There's a good bit of room to back up, too.

These guys are wonderful! Very helpful and professional.

Slow, 4 hours and they loaded drops in wrong sequence even after the shipping clerk explained to warehouse worker 3 times. They is something said for understanding the dominant language in a country. A geography lesson might help or post a map!

No replacement parts for their items. If a package is short mounting brackets or screws or any other items you have no recourse, not happy with purchase, can't return & can't find replacements.

They are in no hurry whatsoever to get a truck loaded in a timely fashion

Horrible took me more then 3 hours to start the loading process. Do not want to go back there.

I bought two delta assist bars at home depot. After opening at home, I discovered that wall anchors for the six three-inch screws we're not included. I hope that liberty and home company mascot enjoy the 12 cents profit they made by not including them. I will never use a liberty or masco product again

I wouldn't believe that if I wasn't seen it with my own eyes that's right took a picture of it dot with a portable scale at a pick up and deliver it.

I have nothing but good things to say about these people the shipping Department was outstanding in the gentleman named Charles was exceptional went above and beyond and I appreciate that your business allows overnight parking

We purchased 2 sets of toilet seat bars a number of years ago and when we went to use one last week, it was missing a part. I emailed the manufacturer Liberty Hardware and they sent me out a replacement part for the Delta toilet bars within a week at no charge to us, even though we purchased them years ago.

I can't say enough good things about the speed and quality and generosity of their help for us. Yes it was not an expensive part, but as we are a non profit any savings is appreciated. But even more appreciated is how helpful and quick they were.

Every time I've been here I've got loaded quickly. A couple times I've got loaded and left before my appointment time. Plenty of room to maneuver and can take 10 break here if needed. Office personnel are very nice and friendly.

A huge company specializing in the import and export of goods is a wonderful place to work and I am currently working on it

Got here 1100. Appt time 1200. Now 1730 and still waiting to get loaded..

I was early for my appointment and was put in a door right away! The staff is very friendly! There is overnight parking on the property! It's a nice and quiet place to relax if u have to take your break here!

Appointments are a joke BE PREPARED TO WAIT or DO YOUR 10 HOURS HERE.

Check in process was a little slow...but straight to a door..right after...did not start loading till right at loading time ..1500...but they did load within the hour..not too bad...restrooms were available in shipping lobhy..HOWEVER..there soda machine was completely sold out..bummer..lots of room to back and get into dock ..overnight parking available

Ridiculous ! 9 hours and still not loaded. 1600 appt time and I got here at 1540. Avoid if possible.

Absolutely the worst place to come as a driver. Been here since 7:45 this morning and my light still flashing red at 2:45. 14hr clock shot!
