We purchased 2 sets of toilet seat bars a number of years ago and when we went to use one last week, it was missing a part. I emailed the manufacturer Liberty Hardware and they sent me out a replacement part for the Delta toilet bars within a week at no charge to us, even though we purchased them years ago.

I can't say enough good things about the speed and quality and generosity of their help for us. Yes it was not an expensive part, but as we are a non profit any savings is appreciated. But even more appreciated is how helpful and quick they were.
