I have worked with LHP Capital for nearly 8 years and I have had a great experience in each of the 4 departments I've worked in during my tenure. Every supervisor I have worked for has always had my back and success in mind. I greatly appreciate the knowledge and leadership management provides. Management and HR have also been great about adapting to employee needs and showing their appreciation for employees. The most current example being their accommodations to employees during the pandemic. Not only has upper management been pleasant, but I thoroughly enjoy the relationships that have developed with my peer-level coworkers over the years. Everyone brings something different to the table and we all work together for successful outcomes.

Great place to work, family atmosphere, flexible working hours and remote access. Everyone is friendly, helpful and supportive. Opportunities to grow in your career. Come and join the team.

What's most impressive is the "do the right thing" approach to decisions - I see this repeatedly for employees and residents/customers. I give a lot of credit to this organization for making tough decisions in a caring and thoughtful way - they consider people and impact when making decisions. We have top-notch regional managers and I personally have a supportive boss and great team - I'm surrounded by people who care. Makes all the difference.

I ve been working with LHP for over a year now and it s a great place to work! The environment on both the properties and the corporate office has a family-feel to it and everyone is polite. The teams always work together to ensure a task is done and make it fun as well. The benefits are good and holidays are always off, which is nice! 10/10 would recommend.

I am a Construction Accountant with LHP Capital. I love the people I work with and for. Everyone is so friendly, it is like being a part of a family, a really good family. The Leadership of LHP Capital are people you admire and want to follow. I feel proud of the product we produce and manage. I won the Lottery when they chose me to work for them. We have an internal communication tool called "The Scruff" that I am very fond of. We get to see employees that are going the extra mile and all applaud their excellence. There is a Chaplain's Corner weekly letter to help us all deal with our crazy world and find the good in it all. They have monthly physical challenges and competitions for wellness. And my favorite right now is the pet spotlight. Employees are asked to send in pictures and stories of their four legged babies, then we all get to read all about them. So, basically we work hard but we also have a lot of FUN! If you get the chance to interview with this company, take it. Awesome is the word I would use to define my employer.

If you were really concerned you'd reach out to your tenants, instead of knowingly lying and deceiving them, again and again. I would never recommend an LHP run property. Your generic replies are a perfect example of LHP's lack of interest or effort to resolve tenant issues. You should really stop patting yourselves on the back. You should be ashamed.

I have worked for LHP for over 4 years and love it here. I have never felt so appreciated at a job before and I am proud that I work for a company that provides much needed quality affordable housing for people who need it.

LHP is a fantastic place to work with a great leadership staff. Every supervisor has an open door policy and they are always willing to help with any project they give you. I have continuously been given new finance projects, which has helped me in my career growth. This has provided me with a changing work load; therefore, it keeps me from doing monotonous work. This company and the management staff truly care for their employees, which is reflected in every decision they make as well as the benefits they offer. I highly recommend this company for anyone that is looking to work for an honest employer with a great work environment.
