For the repairs and planning department, a big five stars, but how this housing association further deals with people with complaints regarding liveability and living is a great drama. You are not even addressed in a normal way except by the management in the end, but they do not want to move. Since the slate flows have been combined with insight into housing, you can register for a rental home for at least 36 months longer, again a very good idea

Dealing with this company is good and their employees are active and friendly
After all the bad experiences I have read, I am still pleasantly surprised by the service .. so far everything I have reported was quickly picked up (always had a response within 2 days), everything that had to be fixed was made. Agreements are well made and fulfilled .. e.e.a. could be a bit more efficient in my opinion, but what needs to be done is done in any case.

Recently moved through a priority position due to renovation in my former home to an already renovated home. I am very satisfied with the house itself, but the contact with the employees of Leystromen was terrible. Slow to no complaints follow-up, and sent from pillar to post. Financial settlement was also a fiasco.
Reasonable housing construction service is not optimal
I am always well served, when I call for a repair request, they usually come to make it the same day. Agreements are kept and nice people work!
