Good customer service and polite professional staff. Went in for a quick health check on my car and it was all done for free (as I bought it from them) and I had a nice coffee whilst I was waiting and a free clean of the car.
At Lexus Sidcup the service is fantastic. Especially to Mo his customer service is impeccable always goes the extra mile. We have had Mo help us look for cars a few times and I can say he always gives us first class service keep up the good work.
We did have a bit of a disappointment with another sales man and I mentioned it to Mo but as soon he knew he sorted it immediately!! He kept us update with the cars progress until the handover was done.

Had booked in for a diagnostics check and must say that the staff were excellent. Kept me updated on the progress and though it was a minor fault with the battery they recharged it but did not charge a penny ...FOC! BRILLIANT!
At Lexus, it isn't just a luxury car buying experience, the customer service experience is always excellent. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lewis Tregent at Sidcup Lexus. A very pleasant and polite 20 year old who is wise beyond his years.
I travelled 3 hours from Leicester to buy a GS300H and was treated so well by Lewis. I was collected from the train station, dropped off to get some lunch and picked up again once my vehicle was ready.
Nothing was too much trouble for Lewis and if I didn't live so far away, I would definitely have Lexus Sidcup as my go to dealer of choice.
