I got the detail and the 35k mile check. The representative that helped me the first time was on lunch so they had another rep help me. When we brought the car in, we had specific things we wanted the mechanics to look at. Of course, we asked the replacement guy the questions or updates on these things and he had no clue. He was going through the paperwork (which we could ve done) and then was like I don t see anything on here. I have an app that shows how my car was driven. It says multiple harsh turns and hard stops. Which in turns effects my brakes and my car! They need to handle with car. It s not their car to go and drive all crazy.
I paid $400 and I don t feel like my car was handled with care. The detail was ok. I spent $180 on it. I could ve spent $50 with the guy that does my other car, but my expectations for this were way too high. I guess they are all people doing it so not really a difference huh.
I ll probably be back because it s the closest dealership to our house but not really impressed. Just average.
Excellent service. Ramon and the tire team are highly professional and knowledgeable. I did the service drive in to fix my tire and the staff were really helpful. Within an hour and my issue was resolved. I definitely recommend!

Unfortunately the service is just not comparable to other Lexus dealers. I was quoted over $150 more for the 25k service than 5 other dealers in Southern California and also am able to get a courtesy car which I m not able to do at Lexus of San Diego. I ve also never received call backs when I ve left my contact information on several occasions. I usually take my Lexus for simple maintenance to Toyota next door or Lexus of Glendale or El Cajon depending on my location. Both which are hassle free and much less expensive. Do yourself a favor and shop around for service at different Lexus dealerships.
I was shopping online and was thinking about a Lexus. The problem is with Lexus they really cost to much. I like the ES hybrid 2020 or newer the luxury model. I'm not paying 50K for a Lexus. So I bought another Honda. Great car Accord touring model with the V6 engine and six speed transmission and led fog light's and all led lights. I think I might sell it in six months and get a 2021 Honda accord touring hybrid. I can get the 2021 Honda touring hybrid for 32K not bad. Lexus is a nice car for me I don't plan on spending 50K for a car. Plus I like led fog lights Lexus no longer has fog light's. I did not visit the dealership I spent my time online. But no reason not to rate them 5 stars.
This was my first time taking my Lexus in for service here. Was such an easy and pleasant experience. They do such an efficient job and get you in and out so quickly. Ramon was professional and helpful. I appreciate the option for a loaner car as well. Was able to get back to work swiftly and my car was ready for pick up the following morning. I will only be going here for all my car services.
